Yes. There are a few, most famously Broughy1322. Take it as a sample though for his ranks are based on his track. You might not be using them in that style or setting.

I concur, Broughy1322's channel on YouTube is the best place for accurate and honest vehicle performance info. Gunit123 used to be good, but not anymore.

Keep in mind that's not about top speeds, that's about racing on actual race tracks. Not the best for sh*t-tier races like long haul II and other highway races that have no turns.

Sorry, can't really add much to this thread as this post sums it up best.

 

The thing anyone wanting to look at Broughy for tests is to remember that the racing track/test track he uses is consistent, making it a benchmark. Now there's no environmental elements to worry about, though, such as rain or dirt. Some vehicles "bog down" in dirt while others keep the same speed. The test track obviously doesn't look at climbing mountain abilities but overall that benchmark gives you a general idea of how that car will fair up against a general freeroam lobby or, for better results, in a race. Whenever a new DLC drops I always check Broughy's vids before buying as he gives the pros and cons for most, if not all, cars and he even tests non-storable/dumb vehicles like the mower, taco van, etc.
