Big1 Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 Hi guys, so i bought GTA V for pc, activated it using key in my rockstar social club profile, then pressed download for windows, and the download started. I got setup, which is about 180mb, started it. Setup installed social club, direct x, all that stuff, but when it came to game download, nothing happens and i get this message : The Rockstar update service is unavailable (code 1) Please try again later or check the GTA online status page for maintenance and outage notifications. When i press the link i can clearly see that server is up, but no matter how many times im hitting retry button, nothing happens.. So i gues i wasted my money, becouse i have no idea what could be wrong with all this download thing.. Anyone had same issues? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Offline play is only available for accounts that have previously signed in on this machine (with "Remember me" ticket") while connected to the internet and when Social Club Services are available. You have not previously signed in on this machine so offline play is not available. All i did was pressing download for windows and starting that setup. I didnt have to sign in or do anything else yet, my game is not even downloaded. Can anyone explain for me step by step what i have to do in order to make my GTA V run? I bought Social Club version, not Steam, so anyone who has Social Club version just tell me how to start and what to do, all i did is: entered key, and pressed download for windows, started that setup and im stuck.
