GTA V - Intel Graphics

Hello, I'm new here in the forum and would like to share with you my my experience with the game running on Intel HD4400 (I know it's bad, but it is what you have. Kkk)

Well, first my settings

Core i5 4210U

Intel HD4400

8gb ram (2x4GB)

HD 1Tb

Windows 10

When you start the game it standard wheel (for the settings) with 30 fps on average. After a few minutes playing GTA V enters a kind of endless loop, ie drops to 9 ~ 10 fps for a few seconds and returns to normal, thereby repeatedly.

Considerations: I saw in many gringos forums and even Br's that was characterized as "Memory Leak", so I made all kinds of tutorials to solve this problem, but nothing worked

After this, I installed a hardware monitor use of the computer to attempt the operation of components during operation of the game and noticed some interesting features that until then I had not read anywhere.

The big problem (I believe) is that Windows is managing the clock of Intel Graphics.

With TurboBoost, my Intel HD4400 increases the clock up to 1000MHz (specifications is 1100MHz, but I never got to use it as well), which is when the game is playable, but the monitor I could see that when this infinite loop starts happen, Intel's clock value HD4400 is in 200MHz (for few seconds) and then back to normal. Setting the looping between the locking and proper functioning.

So I think the problem (at least for those who play with the Intel Graphics) is it.

Is there any way to set the clock of Intel Graphics so that it does not "fall" and Nevertheless, Keep the game always in high clock?

NOTE: I noticed that this also happens in other games.

All energy and 3d management settings are at maximum performance
