Have a few questions

I am sorry if this is a bit off topic or anything but I am very new to the whole modding stuff. and need to know what I need to install mods on to the game and how to do it. I only really want to install a few car mods and open camera so I can move my camera where ever I need to in the editor without the whole red cone thing. I also would like to know how do I delete mods just in case I have to go online. I like to do videos mostly and won't be doing to much online but there are times I need my player to have a look to them and as far as I know the only way to change that look is to go online to the store and hair cut place so any help is very much welcomed.
