GTA IV - quality cons and pros between 1.0.0.4 and 1.0.7.0

Actually, there is some similar topics on gtaforums, but this time I want to focus on quality differences between patch 5 and patch 7, not on performance differences. There is an opinion that patch 5 ( usually people uses patch 4 1.0.4.0 for comparison, but I think there is no really performance or quality differences between 4 and 5 ) have much better performance than patch 7, but what about quality/graphics differences ?

 

There is interesting topic here, where author made a video wich contain graphics comparison ( mainly focused on shadows ) and shows some visual glitches in patches. Usually patch 7 is called best for graphics, but in video we can see some graphical cons in comparison with patch 5. So, is someone made detailed tests on this ? I would like to see all differences between 5 and 7 ))

P.S. As for 1.0.3.0 or 1.0.6.0 - most likely these patches are very similar in terms of performance or graphics to 1.0.0.4 and 1.0.7.0 respectively, no reason to include them in comparison.
