How to increase rendering distance in gta online?

I noticed that my game won't render as far since objects in the far distance when looking through my sniping scope, look like blocky cars and bland textures especially on the buildings

 

Is there any way to increase the rendeirng distance in the game?

 

I also have AF on at x16 and distance scaling to max

Wow that sucks, must be the crappy c* rendering distance hitting me again, btw i am on pc
