Captain Revenge Posted July 15, 2016 Share Posted July 15, 2016 (edited) Before today my top speed in the Adder was 148mph After playing stunt race called Plummet the top Adder speed went to 207.45mph only to be slightly out done by the X80 with a 207.80mph All my Super class cars are legit LS Customs modded. After getting to know the race track (point 2 point) better my Adder finally came in at 226.41 with a total race solo best time of 3;30.34 The stat can be found under vehicles Played all the stunt races solo (did not play Duel), not a fan of 3, City Air, East Coast and Downtown loop Favorites include Plummet, Trench 1, Vinewood DownHills and Maze Bank Decent Having customs cars in the Super, Sports, Compacts, Off Road, Motorcycles will help you I think the key to a Plummeting high speed is the 1st turn, if you start your run from the crest of the turn and control your straight line faster further up you will get maximum speed in that first drop. maintain your speed through the tunnel, hit ramp. (in the Adder I cleared the shorter right hand landing shoulder on my landing), The cars that are not owned by you are available, speed is there by acceleration is lowered. My favourite stunt races are Canyon Crossing and East Coast, not a fan of the others. Actually, I think I'm placed second for the best lap time worldwide on Canyon Crossing. I do not understand how the person who got first got first because there's no way his time can be so much lower than mine, I've just come to conclusion that he has probably got a friend to go on with him and he slipstreamed him along the track. I did quite a few stunt races too, but apparently boosted speeds don't count? Because for sure I passed 220 in the Tropos driving over three speed boosters. At least the needle in first person was derping out at 200, idk. 335.54 mph is the fastest ive done in a felon GT, not even sure where that came from. My friends and I rarely race with slipstream on, and I tend to avoid getting into a slipstream in the stunt races because it causes more problems than it's worth (over-jumping checkpoints or the track completely, or worse, colliding in mid-air). I know I've been dropped by 'bobs and it's probable that I did some kind of launch in the nearly three years GTAO has been out.
