Unlimited Ammo before 100%

Eureka!

 

I've discovered a new way to get unlimited ammo for EVERY weapon!

You can even get a MP5 (with Unlimited Ammo) before the first storyline mission.

 

This way is a bit of luck, i can say that 1 out of 100 are successful after several minutes. (Or even a hour if you're unlucky enough, it happened to me.)

 

 

Click here for the console way, hard as hell, i don't recommend to try this way. MAY TAKE A WEEK.

Let's start! (PC Version only.)

 

Note #1: Turn on your Frame Limiter so there is a bigger chance, i think.

Note #2: Make sure that the spot where you spawn after loading the game is close to the save icon, to save time.

(Example: A jump is enough to reach the save icon.)

 

- First you need available rampages and a save icon.

- IMPORTANT: Save a replay where you touch a rampage (Choose the weapon you want for this trick), everyone know how to do this, i hope.

- Now, go to your safehouse, then touch the save icon and press F3 (Replay) almost at the same time, it doesn't need to be at the same time, since the rampage or the save icon can activate at any moment, between 1 and 0 seconds, that's why you need luck with this.

- The only way to know if it's successful is that the rampage message appears 1 frame before the save window appears, if that happens, save the game and then reload the game again and you will have unlimited ammo for the weapon you selected.

 

Yeah, it's pretty simple, but it's random, the rampage or the save icon can activate at any moment and they must activate at the same time! (Rampage message must appear 1 frame before the save window, so it's successful.)

That's the only problem sadly.

 

 

Here is my little FAQ

 

The rampage activated but not the save window and now i can't activate the save icon.

You failed, try again, both must activate at the same time, the rampage message must appear 1 frame before the save window.

 

The save window activated, but i've never seen the rampage message 1 frame before the save window until i've pressed ESC to go back and then i've seen the rampage message.

Almost, but you failed again, load your save and try again.

I think some people might not be sure if the rampage message appeared 1 frame before, so better save and load that save instead of pressing ESC to try again by loading the previous save, sometimes you might get unlimited ammo or a rampage message.
Since i'm fast i don't do this.

 

After i loaded the save where i think it was successful, i got a rampage message in the screen, is that good?

No, there mustn't be a rampage message after loading the save, instead, nothing happens, just check your weapons and you will see the weapon you selected with unlimited ammo.

 

 

So far i've got an unlimited .357 (Colt Python) and a M60, i think my next will be the unobtainable MP5 in the beginning.

EDIT: I got unlucky with the MP5, 2 freaking hours of trying, uh... I GIVE UP, i will try next day...
I've got it before... but i deleted that save game because i had crappy stats.

 

 

Note: I am in the second island because of a collision glitch in the bridge, most people might know how to do this. i think.

EDIT: The save icon activation timer is lower as i thought, 0.1 to 0.0 seconds?

It begins after a jump, when it lands... (If you jump to reach the save icon.)

I can't discover things without replays.

 

Oh wait... The clothes are also a glitched thing... Uhm...

 

 

 

I've seen people with unlimited ammo in other platforms, just pick a rampage and then fail or something else, randomly you lost the weapon or get unlimited ammo, sadly that never happened to me, i don't know if that it's true.

 

 

P.S: For some reason, now i'm thinking that it's possible to trigger two rampages at the same time, but it's frame perfect and random, i don't know if it's possible.

Let's just say Replay is the buggiest thing ever.

I've seen a lot of glitches videos, and then i got a idea.

 

I'm here to tell you how to do this without Replay, but it's BOOOOOORING as hell, MAY TAKE A WEEK, don't try.

 

- Just jump and get clothes, it must start landing after the change. (When the screen turns black completely)

- NOW make sure that you can't attack, otherwise you failed, if it's successful, then great, but try to NOT JUMP again or the effect will disappear.

- Now pick a save icon, you will see that no save window appears. cool!

- Now go and pick a rampage when JUMPING. (Try to jump a bit far, because the rampage might start first most of the time, but both must start! That's the freaking hard part.)

 

Note: After the JUMP. when it lands, the save window will try to open, that's the magic part.

 

This way may take MUCH MORE TIME than trying with replay trick, a WEEK, so i don't recommend to do this, i never got a successful try, so it might NOT WORK, ANYWAY, who needs unlimited ammo?

Well, if you seriously need a MP5 in the beginning for your Console game, then you are forced to waste 1 week of time.

 

I don't even have the Console version of GTA VC, so i'm not even sure if the same things can happen.

 

 

But uhm, what about not trying those steps?

Just pick a rampage and wait until it fails.

 

Randomly you lost the weapon or get the weapon, but there is a very small chance to get the weapon, i know that by reading, i don't know if it's true, it never happened to me.
