GTA IV Special Vehicle Guide

SpriteFan274

Weird about the AP Conversion Trick acting like so... Anyways, here are more IV Confirmations. Next up I'll do the No.1 Vehicles, which are very weird to say the least...

24 - Search and Delete:

Lyle Rivas' Fortune is not EC, it's Random Traffic Colored. I got the one which is 3,3,3 (Pewter Gray Poly). All Vehicles seen in the Chase are Randomly Colored too, seeing from the Walkthroughs on YouTube.

25 - Easy as Can Be:

EC/Lustered Silver Oracle

Pewter Gray Poly - 3 - Body Color
Pewter Gray Poly - 3 - Invisible 2nd Color
Petrol Blue Green Poly - 54 / Nassau Blue Poly - 76 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused 4th Color
Variant - 224

oracle, 0,0,57, 0,0,0, 0,0,61, 1,1,54, 7,7,48, 10,10,18, 11,11,97, 20,20,86, 22,22,66, 46,46,91, 40,40,35, 49,49,53, 52,52,51, 54,54,53, 57,57,58, 70,70,118, 76,76,118, 106,106,108, 16,16,76, 9,9,91, 15,15,93, 19,19,93, 13,13,80,

Comments - It's EC and Lustered. All Lusters are Special because the Vehicle is EC.

EC/Lustered Black Schafter with EC Black Rims

Black - 0 - Body Color

Black - 0 - Rims
Petrol Blue Green Poly - 54 / Silver Stone Poly - 8 (RGB checked) - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused Fourth Color
Variant - 480

schafter, 0,1,1, 70,133,8, 16,133,8, 22,133,8, 26,133,18, 34,133,34, 43,133,43, 54,133,54, 57,133,57, 61,133,61, 65,133,65, 68,133,68, 77,133,77, 104,133,103, 106,133,103, 108,133,108, 15,133,93, 19,1,93, 13,133,80,

Comments - It's EC Black Body Color because no other Normal Civilian Non-Russian Schafter from Traffic can be Black Body Color. It's Lustered and has Set EC Black Rims. It's also a normal Civilian Schafter because it's the Variant 480. It has normal Non-Gang Bumpers and normal Traffic Silver Grills.

Lustered/EC2 Black Sultan

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Invisible 2nd Color
Black Poly - 1 / Striking Blue - 63 - Random Luster
Very White - 133 - Rims
Variant - 226 / 228

sultan, 74,0,83,90, 0,1,1,133, 3,1,1,133, 10,1,1,133 25,1,1,133, 37,1,1,133, 53,6,1,133, 61,1,1,133, 75,1,1,133, 92,1,1,133, 6,0,12,133, 10,0,12,133, 21,0,12,133, 23,0,12,133, 25,0,12,133, 33,0,35,133, 34,0,34,133, 47,0,35,133, 49,0,63,133, 52,0,56,133, 54,0,55,133, 65,0,63,133, 67,0,118,133, 70,0,65,133, 98,0,90,133, 16,0,76,133, 9,0,91,133, 15,0,93,133, 19,0,93,133, 13,0,80,133,

Comments - Both Black Sultans in the Mission Easy as Can Be are both Lustered/EC2 Black Sultans.

The Black Color 1 is found in Traffic, and the Invisible Black Color 2 is found in Traffic too, but you can't find both Black Color 1 and Invisible Black Color 2 together in Traffic, which makes this Vehicle EC2.

All Lusters are Special, except for Black Poly. If you get a Black Poly Luster on it, the Vehicle will just be a EC2 Sultan, because it would be completely identical to the 0,1,1,133 in Traffic, except for the Invisible Color 2 which would be Black (0). So avoid the Black Poly Lusters.

So one Mystery about it remains... All Sultans in Traffic which aren't Gang Sultans spawn in White Rims, only the Korean Sultan spawns with Race Yellow Solid Rims. Now, can the Lustered Sultan spawn with Yellow Rims (in combination to a Blue Luster)? I guess not...

I ask this because Color 4 is changeable because Color 3 (Luster) is changeable, because it's a Lustered Vehicle, but Color 4 never changes because all Sultans are Set to have a Color 4 of 133... Except that Korean Sultan which spawns in Alderney...

Lustered Black NRG 900

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Stripes
Race Yellow Solid - 90 / Black Poly - 1 / Silver Stone Poly - 4 (RGB checked) - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused 4th Color
Variant - 224 (F Variant) / 224 / 400 (RR Variant)

nrg900, 51,56,127, 0,0,29, 0,0,101, 0,1,4, 34,34,31, 85,85,84, 89,0,90, 59,1,59, 82,85,85, 0,7,1, 4,1,1, 29,1,1, 0,4,4,

Comments - It's not EC, but Lustered. The only non-Special Lusters are Formula Red (29) and Vermillion Solid (101).

26 - Out of the Closet:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission, both in Part 1 and Part 2.

Lethal Vaccine

100% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 2 Missions Failed, 0 Pay and Spray Visits, 0 Times Saved, 45:27 Total Playing Time, and 10 Special Vehicles!

Save File 2:

Roman's Apartment: AP/Lustered Speedo, AP/Lustered NRG 900

South Bohan: AP/Lustered Mafia Sentinel with EC Rims, AP/Lustered Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill

Middle Park East: AP/Lustered Sultan, AP/Lustered Cognoscenti

Playboy X's Penthouse: AP/Lustered Russian Schafter with Silver Grill and EC Rims, AP/Lustered Russian Rebla

Alderney Safehouse: AP/Lustered Huntley Sport with EC Stripe, AP/Lustered Sentinel with EC Rims

SwfZacE.jpg?1

The Only Missions Failed: Actions Speak Louder Than Words to Obtain the Lustered Cognoscenti and She's a Keeper to Obtain the Lustered Mafia Sentinel with EC Rims.

All 10 Special Vehicles were converted to AP and the Properties checked after reaching 100% Completion and reloading.

All the Stats that I wanted to improve from my 1st Save File have been improved for the 2nd Save File. I am 4 Hours less in the Total Playing Time surprisingly even with completing the FULL Starter Save which I thought would bring my Total Playing Time up by 100%, but turns out it didn't...Only things I don't like (but can live with) is the 1 First Aid Collected and 3 Photos Taken for my 2nd Save File. Since the First Aid was from my Starter Save, there was no way to bring it to 0, obviously, so I kept it at 1, despite wanting it to be 0. The Photos Taken could of been 2, but I forgot to smack Gracie BEFORE taking the Photo during "Ransom," so I had to retake the Photo a second time, thus there is 3 total Photos Taken in the Stats. Like I said, very minor stuff and can live with it, but still annoying that these things are there.

Like my 1st Save, the entire General Tab in the Pause Menu as you scroll down reads 100% Like/Respect/Mission Progress for everyone listed. I also have Michelle and Kate to 100% Fondness like my 1st Save, as well. Alex, Carmen, and Kiki are 50% Fondness as these are the 3 Girlfriends I used to make all 10 of my Special Vehicles AP just like my 1st Save.

Here is Photos from my 1st Save that I RETOOK. The Save isn't new, but the Photos are:

Save File 1:

Roman's Apartment: AP/Lustered Coquette, AP/EC Banshee

South Bohan: Unique/AP/EC Roman's Taxi, Unique/AP Laundromat

Middle Park East: Unique/AP Police Stockade, Unique/AP Romero

Playboy X's Penthouse: AP/EC Comet, AP/EC Turismo

Alderney Safehouse: AP/EC Infernus, AP/Lustered Super GT

Anyways, that's it! No more doing GTA Saves/Projects for several months. Now I will just mess with my 100% Saves and the Special Vehicles I have in all of them. In a few months when I start back up doing Saves, I will be doing Projects for Mobile. I do still have some Projects planned for PS2/3, but I won't do those until after the Mobile Projects are done with. Furthermore, VCS may be released for Mobile one of these days and when that happens, I will buy it, do a Starter Save, and reach 100% with 12 Special Vehicles like I did with LCS Mobile. Plus, III, VC, and SA Mobile...

HUGE Congratulations for doing all of these GTA Projects, seeing that this IV 2nd Save is your last one for the incoming months for Console Saves... I bet you'll be the first one who will make a VCS Mobile Starter Save and 100% Save with Special Vehicles.

You should view the Lusters of your 2nd IV Save Vehicles on a Save Editor to confirm they're Special and because it's nice to know them... I like it how all these Vehicles are Black, while they look Green/Blue/Red/Yellow on the Photos due to the Luster.

Anyways, awesome work!

Thanks!

Here is the 10 Special Vehicles and what the Editor says for the Colors (already 100% confirmed to be truly Special, as were my 1st Save File set of 10 Special Vehicles):

Speedo: Black, Black, Hoods, Black and AP...Variant Number is 0

NRG 900: Black, Black, Taxi Yellow, Black and AP...Variant Number is 352

Mafia PMP 600: Black, Black, Securicor Dark Green, Black and AP...Variant Number is 0

Mafia Sentinel: Black, Black, Med. Garnet Red Poly, Black and AP...Variant Number is 6

Sultan: Black, Black, Turismo Red, Very White and AP...Variant Number is 228

Cognoscenti: Black, Black, Blue, Black and AP...Variant Number is 32

Russian Schafter: Black, Black, Pastel Alabaster Solid, Black and AP...Variant Number is 0

Russian Rebla: Black, Black, Blue, Black and AP...Variant Number is 0

Sentinel: Black, Black, Med. Sapphire Blue Poly, Black and AP...Variant Number is 224

Huntley Sport: Black, Black, Very Red, Desert Red and AP...Variant Number is 64

Sort of annoying to have "Blue" as the SAME Luster on TWO of my TEN Special Vehicles. It's bad enough having 3 different Shades of Red Lusters as well as 3 Blue Lusters and 2 being identical. In the end, they're all still 100% special, though, as are the 1st Save File Special Vehicles! :)

27 - No. 1:

This was a huge mystery for me to solve, but I cracked it with the Mission Script Code! Huge thanks for Lennart for giving me the IV Mission Script.

So during No.1 these are the opponent Vehicles and their Properties:

Light Blue SuperGT - EC and Lustered!
Bright Yellow Turismo - EC2 and Lustered!
Bright Red Turismo - Normal from Traffic.
Grey SuperGT - Normal from Traffic.
Green Infernus - Normal from Traffic.

Take a look at the Mission Code for No.1 and Carcols.dat:

CHANGE_CAR_COLOUR( l_U733[0], 89, 0 );SET_CAR_COLOUR_COMBINATION( l_U733[1], 1 );CHANGE_CAR_COLOUR( l_U733[2], 63, 0 );SET_CAR_COLOUR_COMBINATION( l_U733[3], 1 );SET_CAR_COLOUR_COMBINATION( l_U733[4], 6 );

supergt, 0,0,50, 3,3,2, 7,7,5, 13,13,13, 34,34,30, 33,33,29, 0,0,96, 40,40,41, 57,57,55, 70,70,71, 72,72,73, 77,77,75, 88,88,50, 104,104,107, 121,121,123

turismo, 0,0,1, 35,35,127, 1,1,3, 17,17,34, 21,21,21, 31,31,33, 38,38,30, 52,52,50, 69,69,63, 72,72,63, 81,81,63, 89,89,89, 95,95,90,
infernus, 0,0,63, 0,0,59, 33,33,27 46,46,127, 6,6,8, 49,49,59, 59,59,127, 88,88,124, 62,62,63, 22,22,64,
The Vehicle that spawns in 89,0 Colors is the EC/Lustered Light Blue SuperGT and the Vehicle that spawns in 63,0 is the Lustered/EC2 Bright Yellow Turismo. These Vehicles are CODED IN to have these Colors, thus also proving the Luster Theory to be correct (as the Luster is untouched).

Take a look at the 2nd, 4th and 5th Row in the Code, these Vehicles are CODED IN to spawn in Colors from Carcols.dat, thus having no EC whatsoever on them.

2nd and 4th Row show that the Vehicles are coded to spawn in the 2nd Carcols Combination in order how they're listed in Carcols.dat, and the 5th Row for thr 7th Carcols Combination in order in Carcols.dat.

Because in Rows 0 is counted as the 1st Number, 1 means that it spawns in the 2nd Colors in order, and 6 in the 7th Colors in order.

I actually OBTAINED these Vehicles myself and saw that the Green Infernus, Bright Red Turismo and Grey SuperGT always spawn in these Colors which are Bolded and Underlined in the Carcols Code.

So that concludes and finally finalizes that the Green Infernus, Bright Red Turismo and Grey SuperGT ARE NOT Special!

However, there is the EC/Lustered Light Blue SuperGT and Lustered/EC2 Bright Yellow Turismo, here are the Results:

EC/Lustered Light Blue SuperGT

Striking Blue - 63 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Invisible (?) 2nd Color
Concord Blue Poly - 2 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused 4th Color
Variant - 0

supergt, 0,0,50, 3,3,2, 7,7,5, 13,13,13, 34,34,30, 33,33,29, 0,0,96, 40,40,41, 57,57,55, 70,70,71, 72,72,73, 77,77,75, 88,88,50, 104,104,107, 121,121,123

Light Blue SuperGT is EC for sure and Lustered.

Lustered/EC2 Yellow Turismo - New Special Vehicle in IV

Taxi Yellow - 89 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Invisible 2nd Color
Blaze Red - 30 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused 4th Color
Variant - 2

turismo, 0,0,1, 35,35,127, 1,1,3, 17,17,34, 21,21,21, 31,31,33, 38,38,30, 52,52,50, 69,69,63, 72,72,63, 81,81,63, 89,89,89, 95,95,90,

There is this 89,89,89 Turismo in Traffic, which makes the No.1 only EC2 as the Secondary Color is Invisible on Turismos.

Also, due to the Bright Yellow Body Color, the Lusters are almost invisible, which makes it a BARELLY Special Vehicle, but it still is Special nonetheless as the Lusters are visible. The Lusters will probably make less or more shine than compared to the normal Bright Yellow Turismo from Traffic, which makes this No.1 visually Special.

EDIT: I renamed the Lustered/EC2 Bright Yellow Turismo to Lustered/EC2 Yellow Turismo...

EC Bright Yellow Comet

Lammy Yellow - 132 - Body Color
Lammy Yellow - 132 - Invisible (?) 2nd Color
Taxi Yellow - 127 - Set Luster
Black - 0 - Unused 4th Color
Variant - 0

comet, 0,0,63, 1,1,12, 33,33,27 46,46,127, 6,6,8, 49,49,59, 127,127,123, 62,62,63, 22,22,64, 56,56,59,

The Comet is for sure EC! Mission Script also says that it's Set Lustered and I know for a fact that it is.

With Scripts like that, shouldn't you be able to look at and list if there is any Proof Vehicles in these games? Like, there was talk of a Unique/BP/FP/EC Roman's Taxi in Roman's Sorrow, but is said to be unobtainable. What I want to know is if this is the reality or are these fake Properties. Same with the said to be AP/EC Oracle in Truck Hustle. Is it even real? We have an AP Conversion in IV, so the Proof Vehicles are sort of irrelevant, however, to spice things up, it would be cool if there was more and ones that are unobtainable. In theory, nobody would really know about a Proof Vehicle since the Properties are not like the 3D Era. "This Vehicle isn't DP as there is dents on it from crashing." But maybe it is DP since you WILL SEE dents from crashes as it's still damaged cosmetically. It simply won't ever smoke, catch fire, and blow up from too much damage. The HD Era Properties are not the same, so it would be neat if some Proof Vehicles were actually found from the Story and such...

Just like in TBoGT, those 2 unobtainable BP/EP/FP Vehicles (Serrano and Beater Vigero) from Corner Kids. Are they even real or just fake Properties that act like the Vehicles are immune?

Anyways, good stuff. Still waiting on when all the Confirmations are finally done. Looks like it's all you again as Boomey hasn't been Online in a month, basically...

Also can't wait until Videos are made for all the Special Vehicles, too. Vivid and zazaza have a good chunk of them done, but still a LOT to go. Since they didn't know about the Lusters and how the Colors and game works, some of the Special Vehicles they obtained for their Videos aren't actually special due to what Luster appeared on said Vehicle when they obtained it. You must reload, and sometimes quite a bit, until a SPECIAL Luster appears. Both of them look like they got fake Lustered Cognoscenti's from Actions Speak Louder Than Words as "Silver Stone Poly" isn't special and that is clearly what they got. There is only 2 special Lusters and my "Blue" is special, and then there is another "Petrol Blue-Green Poly" Luster, as well. These are the only Special Lusters, thus you must reload until the Cognoscenti spawns with the Luster...

I have found a few things out about the Lustered/EC Light Blue SuperGT from No.1.

First of all, you obviously can't finish too far from it, second of all you CAN'T finish too CLOSE to it either or it WILL VANISH. The SuperGT cannot be too close, but it also cannot be too far, or else you'll lose it. It has to be somewhat in the middle of too far and too close, according to my experiences anyway.

You obtained it on PS3 with PASSING? I reloaded for my 1st Save (and as you can see, it's not in my 1st Save, but rather the later Black Super GT with Luster from a Story Mission much later in the game) about 12-15 times with the same outcome every time. NONE of the Vehicles were around after passing. The Super GT actually never seemed to finish behind me, either. I always had to go into the final Yellow Checkpoint to pass the "Race" since one of the other Vehicles were creeping in on passing me. But NONE of them, Super GT or not, would remain behind me after passing. I figured it can't be obtained on PS3, or at least my Version. I got Version 1.00 without Patches and the original Release from 2008. Not those "Complete Editions" and such.

It wouldn't actually surprise me if it was actually unobtainable on PS3 with PASSING, though (you can get it with Fail easily), since the EC Rancher later on in the Story Missions is also completely unobtainable and for a very obvious reason. It's just not there after the cutscene like it is on Xbox 360 and PC. I don't even think it can be obtained with a Fail like the Super GT can at least be obtained with.

You obtained it on PS3 with PASSING?

No, this is on PC.

Well yeah, it's always been obtainable with PASSING on PC and Xbox 360, so that wasn't the issue. It's PS3 where it's unobtainable with passing ONLY I believe...

Yes I know. I've tried 15+ times now on PC, but it keeps disappearing. I wonder how frustrating it must've been on PS3...

This is the whole Code Block which contains the "Set Car Color 0,0" in Brucie1.txt...

From what I can gather, this script is responsible for creating vehicles during the chase, and it chooses from set models defined in the l_U330 array. The code that sets the car colors is just checking if the car is an Admiral, and if it is it sets the colors (if it's a police car with model POLICE, it turns on the siren). However there are no Admirals in the array, so most likely this part of the code is a leftover from a change to the mission.

Makes sense... So it's just basically Dead Code and there is no Black Vehicle in Search and Delete by the said conditions. Great work!

Anyways, time for more Confirmations...

28 - Escuela of the Streets:

Lustered Black Stallion

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Invisible(?) 2nd Color or Roof
Torino Red Pearl - 28 / Flax - 93 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused 4th Color
Variant - 10

stalion, 0,0,1, 0,0,124, 33,0,28, 34,0,35, 38,0,44, 49,0,66, 53,0,51, 56,0,51, 58,0,106, 59,0,51, 62,0,71, 64,0,71, 69,0,74, 74,0,74, 76,0,74, 84,0,74, 106,0,106, 21,0,75, 16,0,93

It's Lustered. The non-Special Lusters are Black Poly (1) and Temple Curtain Purple (124). All other ones are Special. Boomy got the Flax Luster one on his Spreadsheet.

29 - Steet Sweeper:

Tuner Primo with Hybrid Grill and EC Yellow Details

Cabernet Red Poly - 34 - Body Color
Cabernet Red Poly - 34 - Invisible(?) 2nd Color/Bottom
Torino Red Pearl - 28 - Luster
Taxi Yellow - 89 (RGB checked) - Rims, Window Sidings, Grill, Door Handle, Exhausts
Variant - 0

primo, 34,34,28,127, 0,0,0,127, 0,0,0,133, 0,1,12,133, 1,4,12,133, 16,17,12,133, 17,17,12,133, 21,21,12,133, 22,23,12,133, 31,34,30,133, 33,33,32,133, 36,36,32,133, 52,52,55,133, 57,52,12,133, 62,55,12,133, 70,69,63,133, 97,93,90,133, 54,54,55,133, 67,67,118,133, 70,70,65,133, 98,98,90,133, 16,16,76,133, 9,9,91,133, 15,15,93,133, 19,19,93,133, 13,13,80,133, 12,12,80,127,

This is interesting. The Traffic Tuner Primo has 127 Rims, Window Sidings, Door Handles, Exhausts and Grill, meanwhile this one has 89 of them. Both 89 and 127 are Taxi Yellow, but they're differently Colored Taxi Yellows, different RGB.

The difference is barelly visible when comparing the EC Tuner Primo with the normal Tuner Primo, but the Colors are Different, the RGB of the Detail Colors are Different, which makes it EC.

Due to so many things being Color 4 on the Primo, I will call them Details...

Also, it has Hybrid Grills, meaning it has Civilian Grills and not Tuner Grills, but it has Tuner Spoilers.

Normal Tuner Primos have the Variant 6.

30 - Luck of the Irish:

Oracle without Medallion

Variant - 232

Colors don't matter on it because it's Randomly Colored anyways... This Oracle without Medallion has a Variant of 232.

If anyone really cares I obtained the "Porcelain Silver Poly, Porcelain Silver Poly, Pastel Alabaster, Black" Oracle. (9,9,91,0) which of course is not EC...

Traffic Oracles have a Variant ID of 224. So turning the Variant to 232 removes the Medallion.

A bit Off-Topic but still, looks like this Irish Tuner Oracle in Taking in the Trash will be EC for being Randomly Colored, as Pay and Spray won't change the Colors of it. Weird, but we'll see later on.

After the initial cutscene, some properties are removed

I couldn't find any Oracle in Truck Hustle

Interesting! Thanks for contributing. So it's only BP and removes this Property after the Cutscene.

As for the Oracle...It's a strange one. I think GTA Series Videos shows a Video of him quickly trying to shoot at Phil Bell right after the cutscene as he drives away and he couldn't shoot him at all as the Oracle appeared to be immune. But apparently this is just some fake Property stuff...

SpriteFan274 was looking at TLaD/TBoGT for Proof Vehicles in the Scripts, too, and he said there is a lot. But I am afraid that ALL of them would be unobtainable since that's just how the HD Era is when it comes to Proof Vehicles. If they exist, NONE of them seem to be obtainable. In terms of Proof Vehicles in HD Era, all we have is an AP Conversion in IV and then also some Vehicles in CW in which can be obtained.

Looking forward for more IV Confirmations from SpriteFan274 in the meanwhile in terms of the EC Vehicles and Lustered Vehicles.

Let's be honest, special vehicles in the HD era suck. Big time. No BP, no EP, no FP, no PP, and definitely no DP. The only good thing about special vehicles in IV is that they can be converted to AP, as Mors said.

Wow, Playboy's Patriot is actually Randomly Lustered. Livery seems to always be the same (without the Flag). it's EC for sure, so all Lusters are Special.

Thing is, the Yellow Body Color makes the Lusters look all the same.

The Sultan and PCJ 600 found when you get out of the Apartment Shootout Part are Randomly Colored.

32 - The Puerto Rican Connection:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission.

33 - The Snow Storm:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission, this one also has something mysteriously Black in the Script.

34 - Have a Heart:

EC White and Pink Voodoo with EC Light Grey Details

Antelope Beige - 121 - Upper Body Color, Roof
Temple Curtain Purple - 124 - Bottom Body Color
Silver Stone Poly - 4 - Set Luster
Securicor Light Gray - 25 - Rims, Front Bumper, Back Bumper, Door Handles, Window Sidings, Rear Mirrors, Tiny Stripe on the Sides
Variant - 96

voodoo, 0,59,113,127, 113,74,113,113, 1,133,8,113, 5,3,113,113, 0,28,90,127, 31,24,90,113, 34,32,124,113, 9,59,113,113, 102,93,113,113, 109,114,113,113, 68,86,113,113, 0,0,29,90,

This Voodoo is surely EC, actually fully EC. The Body Colors are EC, the Set Luster (Set from the Script) is also EC and the Details on it are also EC.

This used to be called a EC Beige and Fuchsia Voodoo, but now I'll call it a EC White and Pink Voodoo with EC Light Grey Details. Details being Color 4 Features.

35 - Deconstruction for Beginners:

The same EC/Lustered Yellow Patriot is also in this Mission.

Lustered Black Cavalcade with EC Black Rims

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Rims, Grills, Headlights, Door Handles
Very Red - 27 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 96 or 98

cavalcade, 34,127,28, 0,133,0, 0,133,4, 1,133,9, 6,133,63, 40,133,27, 57,133,51, 64,133,63, 85,133,118, 88,133,87, 98,133,91, 104,133, 103,2,133,63, 21,133,72, 22,133,72, 13,133,91, 19,133,93,

The Black Rims and Grills and Headlights and Door Handles are EC on this Cavalcade, it's Lustered. If you get the Black (0) or Silver Stone Poly (4) Luster then the Luster wouldn't be Special, only the EC Rims, which still makes it a Special Vehicle, but less Special compared to the other Colored and Shiny Lusters.

Though the Rims, Grills, Door Handles and Headlights are the same Color Area for Color 2, I'll just call it "with EC Black Rims" because the Rims are the biggest feature on the Vehicle ignoring the Body Color.

There's actually two of these with different Lusters in the Mission, one that you use to pick up your Weapons and the other is inside the Battle Zone Construction Yard.

36 - Photo Shoot:

The same EC/Lustered Yellow Patriot can be found in this Mission too.

EC/Lustered Dark Grey and Black Sabre GT

Black Poly - 1 - Body Color (Sides)
Black - 0 - Body Color (Stripe)

Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 6 / 4

sabregt, 0,0,49, 38,38,85, 0,97,102, 3,0,12, 6,6,4, 11,4,12, 13,13,12, 16,95,90, 24,1,12, 21,21,12, 23,23,2, 31,31,27, 32,113,34, 34,12,34, 49,13,41, 52,0,59, 62,13,69, 76,4,76, 82,85,76, 87,8,76, 89,0,4, 92,95,90, 95,95,2, 106,103,2,

Actually, The Color 2 which is Black is not EC alone, but in combination to the Black Poly Color 1, it's fully EC. For Lusters, all are Special, but the Lusters 49 (Twilight Blue Poly), 59 (Securicor Dark Green), 12 (Astra Silver Poly) and 4 (Silver Stone Poly) are the "least" Special (but would STILL be Special) as then the Sabre GT would be almost identical to the Traffic ones because then the Color 1 would only be Special.

This Sabre GT looks really freaking awesome in the Securicor Dark Green Luster though, shame how then this Sabre GT (1,0,59) would look a bit like the Traffic one (52,0,59), though luck is by our side as the 52,0,59 is a Green and Black Sabre GT with a Green Luster, so the Lusters that I mentioned are still Special due to the Body Color Combination.

Conclusion, ALL Lusters are Special on this Sabre GT.

This Patriot is fully EC as the Color 1 can't be found anywhere in Traffic. This is the one behind the Area where Marlon is.

Liveries seem to be completely random on them. ALL Lusters on these two EC/Lustered Patriots are Special.

37 - Ruff Rider:

EC/Lustered Bright Red and Black Hellfury

Turismo Red - 35 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Metal Frame
Lammy Orange - 131 - Luster

hellfury, 34,34,32, 0,0,128, 0,0,131, 3,3,133, 6,6,133, 31,0,131, 34,34,131, 39,39,127, 49,49,129, 69,69,99, 56,56,118, 74,0,99, 82,0,128, 85,85,128, 106,106,132,

It's surely EC. The Body Color can't be found in Traffic anywhere, and the combination of the Black Metal Frame makes it even more Unique. Though the Metal Frame is not EC Black. All Lusters on is are Special.

How do you see the Lusters? From the Black Metal Frame! And they're all Visible from that Frame.

Because of that above, I'm calling this Hellfury a Bright Red and Black Hellfury, I'm not going to say "with Black Frame" because it's not EC and because it'd sound dumb, so I'll just call it "Bright Red and Black."

Argh, I got a nice looking Blue Luster on it but it disappeared, so I couldn't check what the Color was. Still, it's Lustered as confirmed from these different Lusters, from Mission Script and because Lancet got confused with it not knowing if it's a Special or not Special Vehicles (because the Luster changes the Body Color a bit too).

The NRG 900 in the Mission is Randomly Colored from Traffic, not EC at all.

38 - Undress to Kill:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission.

39 - The Holland Play:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission, both in killing Dwayne and in killing Playboy X. The Patriot is Randomly Colored at the Kill Playboy X Approach.

40 - Hostile Negotiation:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission either, the Bobcat used here is Randomly Colored.

41 - Call and Collect:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission either.

42 - Final Interview:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission either.

43 - Holland Nights:

dukes, 0,133,32, 0,133,62, 0,0,0, 1,133,1, 5,133,8, 11,133,8, 31,133,30, 36,133,27, 52,133,50, 62,133,53, 82,133,63, 80,133,65, 65,133,65, 61,133,61, 93,133,93, 104,133,103, 132,0,131

There's a 0,0,0 in Traffic, which means that if you get a Dukes with No Luster at all, Black Luster, it's not Special at all. Avoid it at all costs.

However, there's 0,133,32 and 0,133,62 in Traffic. If you get a 32 (Garnet Red Poly) or 62 (Midnight Blue) Luster, then you got a Special Dukes, but it would be almost identical to the Traffic ones, where the Black Details would differ. I'd still call those a Lustered Black Dukes.

There's a 132,0,131 in Traffic, so if you got a 131 (Lammy Orange) Luster then it'd be almost identical to the one in Traffic, where the Black Body Color is different. It would still be Special of course. I'd still call it a Lustered Black Dukes.

The Details (Color 2) are not EC Black, neither is the Body Color, but neither is their Combination.

The Feltzer in the Mission is Randomly Colored and not Special at all.

45 - Wrong is Right:

Lustered Black Sentinel with EC Black Rims

Black - 0 - Body Color

sentinel, 0,1,50, 0,1,1, 0,133,1, 7,1,12, 12,1,12, 19,133,19, 34,1,45, 31,133,30, 38,133,34, 52,133,56, 68,133,103, 71,133,103, 77,133,77, 85,133,77, 106,103,90,

Sentinels have Black Poly or Very White or Lt.Beechwood Poly Rims, so this one from Wrong is Right has EC Black Rims. It has a Random Luster.

All Lusters are Special, though if you get the Black Poly (1) or Torch Red (actually it's a Green Color, Torch Green - 50) Luster then it'd be much less Special, as the Sentinel would then be almost identical to the Traffic Sentinels where only the Rims are a different Color.

46 - Portrait of a Killer:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission. The Vehicles in the Shootout are Randomly Colored.

47 - Dust Off:

EC White and Red Maverick

Very Red - 27 - Stripes, Rotor Holder
Black - 0 - Body Color (Black?????? - See below)
Frost White - 113 - Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

maverick, 113,0,113, 113,7,113, 113,28,113, 113,49,113, 113,57,113, 113,69,113, 113,76,113,

This is the most retarded thing I've seen in GTA IV....

First of all, it says Red and Black in the Save Editor, meanwhile it's Red and f*cking White!

Second of all, looking at the Mission Script, this has a Color 1 of 27 as you see which is EC, and a Color 2 of 195! 195 is not even a Color! 195 doesn't exist in Carcols.dat!!! Thus I get Black in the Save Editor!

Third of all, why does it even give me a White in-game anyways? So if the Vehicle gets a Color which doesn't exist (too large integer for Color ID), then it's WHITE? Because of the Luster? I don't know!!!

I changed the Luster on it and it's surely not White because of the Luster...

Mavericks can't be Lustered because all Lusters for all Traffic Mavericks are 113 (Frost White).

BoomyJohnny also reported this weird thing for this Maverick... Though it's 1000% hands down surely absolutely EC and Special, and quite Unique because of the fact that it has a Color that doesn't exist. Above the expectations of "Special."

Lustered Black Emperor

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Roof

Alabaster Solid - 48 / Pastel Alabaster Solid - 61 - Random Luster

If you get the Pewter Gray Poly (3) Luster, then the Emperor is not Special at all.

If you get the Shadow Silver Poly (7) or Gray Poly (10) Luster, then it'd only differ with Traffic Emperors in Body Color, though it wouldn't matter as it'd still be a Lustered Black Emperor and still Special.

48 - Paper Trail:

Same EC White and Red Maverick appears in this Mission too, same bug, same unexistent Color, checked from Mission Script also.

EC White and Black Maverick

Black Poly - 1 - Stripes, Rotor Holder
White Diamond Pearl - 120 - Body Color
Frost White - 113 - Luster
Black - 0
Variant - ? (guessing it's 0)

maverick, 113,0,113, 113,7,113, 113,28,113, 113,49,113, 113,57,113, 113,69,113, 113,76,113,

I haven't obtained it, nobody on this Planet did and/or could nor cared about... The Numbers are from the Mission Script and from BoomyJohnny's Spreadsheet. It's surely EC and doesn't have any unexistent Colors like the other Maverick had.

I'm afraid that this is unobtainable like the EC Black Maverick in Babysitting (though that one is obtainable with Cheats).

49 - Harboring the Grudge:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission. The Oracle and Yankee are Randomly Traffic Colored.

50 - Waste Not Want Knots:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission. The Schafter used in the Fail Cutscene when you kill someone in the Crew is Randomly Colored.

51 - Three Leaf Clover:

Unique Police Stockade

pstockade, 113,74,113,

A Unique Vehicle with only one possible "Traffic" Color, it's not EC at all and the Mission Script for Three Leaf Clover doesn't mention any Set EC Vehicles. 113 is Frost White and 74 is Ultra Blue Poly. Typical Police Colors in IV. I didn't obtain it because I know it's not EC and because I know it's Unique.

The Huntley Sport used in this Mission to escape the Cops is Randomly Colored, not EC at all.

Lethal Vaccine

Woah, a lot of Confirmations! :D:p

Interesting about that EC Red and White Maverick being Black in the Script AND Editor, yet a Color in which wouldn't exist. That's pretty bizarre and the only one of its kind so far, lol...

Btw, Vivid Shadows sent me a PM a couple days ago asking about how to obtain that EC Black and White Maverick with the Annihilator, but I said I haven't a clue. If you leave the area (to go get an Annihilator either parked at a Safehouse or from MeTV Building), the Mission fails...So how would anyone even obtain it in the first place unless they used Cheats to spawn the Annihilator right there without having to "leave the area?" Like the Babysitting Maverick, it's probably fully unobtainable unless Cheats are used...

Oh, and make note, that EC Cognoscenti from A Revenger's Tragedy can actually be obtained AT THE SAME TIME as the other 3 Vehicles. So you can actually obtain 4 of them at the same time from this Mission and pass it. The EC Cognoscenti is NOT in the Guide, but should be, and it appears in TWO Missions. It's a bit different to the other EC Cognoscenti (with the same Colors) since one of them has the White Ribbon on it and the other two instances, it does not...

No Special Vehicles here...

53 - Taking in the Trash:

EC Random Irish Oracle

Black Poly - 1 - Body Color
Black Poly - 1 - ?
Petrol Blue Green Poly - 54 - Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 14 (Tuner Oracle - Tuner Bumpers and Grills)

oracle, 0,0,57, 0,0,0, 0,0,61, 1,1,54, 7,7,48, 10,10,18, 11,11,97, 20,20,86, 22,22,66, 46,46,91, 40,40,35, 49,49,53, 52,52,51, 54,54,53, 57,57,58, 70,70,118, 76,76,118, 106,106,108, 16,16,76, 9,9,91, 15,15,93, 19,19,93, 13,13,80,

As expected, this Tuner Oracle gets Colors from the Carcols.dat...

The normal Traffic Tuner Oracles have these Colors:

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Dark Green Poly - 57 - Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 14

When I took the Tuner Oracle to Pay and Spray several times I got this:

Black - 0
Black - 0
Pastel Alabaster Solid - 61
Black - 0
Variant - 14

Hm, so the Luster changes only? 0,0,61 is in the Carcols.dat though...

Okay after taking this normal Tuner Oracle set numbers of times in Pay and Spray and checking the Colors, it always seems to change to a 0,0,61.

I tested this thing with the Russian Rebla, taking it to PnS always gives it a 0,0,103...

This is weird and I will need to check more Pay and Spray Gang Vehicle Stuff later.

Taking the EC Tuner Oracle to PnS will give it a random Carcols.dat Color.

Conclusion: The Tuner Oracle from Taking in the Trash IS Special if it doesn't get the 0,0,57 or 0,0,61 Colors, I am not sure about 0,0,0 though. Taking the Tuner Oracle in PnS will just make it a 0,0,61 every time. Taking the Russian Rebla from Traffic and taking it to PnS will make it a 0,0,103 every time, so your Russian Rebla from Mors' 2nd Save is SPECIAL.

But taking the Mafia Sentinel to PnS gives it random Colors from Carcols.dat. I ASSUME it's because the Mafia Sentinel's Body Colors are 0,1 and the Tuner Oracle's and Russian Rebla's Body Colors are 0,0.

EDIT: I changed the Name of the Tuner Oracle to Irish Oracle.

It's EC and has a Random Luster on it. The Black Stripe alone is not EC, but the Body Color is EC, so is their Combination.

If you get a Twilight Blue Poly (88) or Torino Red Pearl (28) Luster, your Banshee will still be Lustered and Special, but compared to a Banshee in Traffic (0,0,88), the only different thing would be the Body Color. Any Luster you get is Special.

This Banshee can be both Roofless and with a Roof.

It really looks awesome in a Red Luster...

Lustered Silver Lokus

This Lokus is Randomly Lustered. The only Luster that isn't Special on it is the Striking Blue (63) Luster. It's not EC in any way.

There's another Unique Laundromat here, but it's Randomly Colored and not EC at all, just Unique.

Also, another weird Black Body Colored thing in this Mission too... Weird. I can't check what it is though.

Eventhough there is a 15,15,93 in Traffic, it's still EC White as the Luster Colors are different.

You can still see a minor but very visible difference between the Traffic 15,15,93 and EC 15,0,0 PMP 600 in terms of Luster.

The 2nd Color is Invisible though...

This isn't EC in any way and putting the White one in PnS will give it this Black one (tested). Both are Special Vehicles nonetheless.

56 - No Way on the Subway:

The Red Freeway used in this Mission is not EC at all, it's actually set to have a Traffic Default Color which is 33,33,33. Freeway is called Bobber in Carcols.dat. 33 is Desert Red.

bobber, 0,5,50, 13,0,1, 11,11,5, 0,0,8, 7,0,8, 33,33,33, 43,43,30, 48,0,48, 54,54,57, 56,0,50, 67,67,65,

As for the Zombies, they both are given 0,0,4,35 which is found in Carcols.dat being driven by The Lost.

zombieb, 0,0,4,35, 7,133,1,112 11,133,5,112, 35,133,127,112, 13,133,1,112, 0,133,8,112, 7,133,8,112, 33,133,33,112, 43,133,30,112, 48,133,48,112, 54,133,57,112, 56,133,50,112, 67,133,65,112,

As far as I've seen, the Zombies used in No Way on the Subway are like the Zombies driven by The Lost in Acter, same Variant IDs etc. So there's no Special Vehicles in No Way on the Subway.

57 - Weekend at Florian's:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission.

58 - Late Checkout:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission.

59 - Actions Speak Louder than Words:

Lustered Black Cognoscenti

Black - 0 - Body Color Sidings
Black - 0 - Roof and Hood
Silver Stone Poly - 8 (Not Special) / Petrol Blue Green Poly - 54 / Blue - 84 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 32

cognoscenti, 0,0,8, 0,1,8, 1,0,8, 3,1,8, 5,6,8, 6,6,8, 33,0,8, 52,0,54, 85,85,84,

So it's not EC alone, not "EC1" and not "EC2" and surely not EC in Combination. It's Randomly Lustered though.

9 possible Color Combinations for the Cognoscenti in Traffic, but only two have different Lusters, while the seven have Silver Stone Poly (8).

So there'll be a 2 out of 9 (22%) chance that the Lustered Black Cognoscenti will be Special and 7 out of 9 (78%) chance that it will not. Avoid the Silver Stone Poly Luster at all costs!

60 - I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, and Your Motorcycle:

Hybrid PCJ 600

Desert Red - 33 (RGB checked) - Body Color
Taxi Yellow - 127 (RGB checked) - Rims
Race Yellow Solid - 90 - Set Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 1362 (Hybrid)

pcj, 0,0,1, 33,127,90, 0,35,1, 85,1,83, 28,0,1, 16,11,5, 1,0,5, 51,0,91, 33,35,33, 48,0,48, 131,1,90, 56,0,50, 67,67,65, 0,127,90, 35,112,1, 5,112,1, 89,0,1,

It's not EC at all and in the Mission Script it's scripted to be given the 33,127,90 Color.

The Unique Hybrid Variant on it is 1362, I still need to test stuff out with this PCJ 600. I got a Silver Metal Thing/Grill on it and I don't know if it's Special that way.

And it's not... You can take any PCJ 600 to Pay and Spray and actually get the same 33,127,90 Color on it, the Grills will be Silver. So this Grill Inside Thing is a Variation thing and it's not a Color.

Thus the PCJ 600 is only Special if it's a Hybrid.

You're making huge progress! :)

I suspect you to finish in a month or so, maybe less. This is excellent! The icing on the cake will be when Vivid Shadows and zazaza finish the Videos. Even if one stops, there is another and I know for a fact Vivid isn't going to quit ever. Just go slow for now. He also wants to and plans to record all the TLaD/TBoGT Vehicles next, too. And that will help since SOME people we know like to record Videos, make them public, then after some time passes, make them not public and/or delete them. Waste of time to ever include THIS person's Videos.

The IV Guide is the top priority Guide for now. I want to finish that one first out of all the ones that are Work in Progress. All the information above the Line are 10000%-ly confirmed and fully up to date and so will the rest be soon. So then I will have the fullest up to date IV Special Vehicle Guide on the Internet thanks to my confirmations and work for it. Next up would be some tiny fixed around the TLaD and TBoGT Guides, then I'll finally move to the 3D Era again, SA Guide being the last to tidy up and add the Filler Special Vehicles...

I still need to find a Pass Method or atleast a Fail Method for that useless Lustered/EC2 Bright Yellow Turismo in No. 1, I found a Fail Method for it and for the EC/Lustered SuperGT in No. 1 but I'm not sure if it might work on PS3 due to the Draw Distance. So the No. 1 Vehicles are the only WIP Stuff above the Line.

I'm glad how you're learning new IV Special Vehicle Stuff while I confirm and edit the Guide.

The EC White and Red Maverick is really weird, I still don't understand why giving it a Color ID which doesn't exist makes it White, probably it recognizes 133 which is the last Color in Carcols.dat for IV, which is Very White. I know for sure that White is not there because of the Luster... Still, it's EC and the only one of its kind for now.

EC White and Black Maverick might not even be obtainable at all. Same as the EC Black Maverick in Babysitting only obtainable with Cheats. Luckily the EC Black Maverick is possible in TBoGT and obtainable there.

I know about the other EC Cognoscenti without the Ribbon, everything will be checked and added, especially now because I have the Mission Scripts.

About the Videos, they're a huge help for me to know how to get these Vehicles and for people who will read the Guide and want to obtain these Special Vehicles. Videos are needed and I seriously don't need Privated/Deleted Videos on the Guide, because what's the point of that?

61 - Smackdown:

Lustered Black Contender

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Invisible 2nd Color
Rio Green - 58 / Green - 51 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 106 / 98

e109, 56,56,59, 0,0,0, 20,20,8, 11,11,12, 7,1,12, 1,0,8, 47,47,43, 49,40,43, 57,60,51, 65,64,63, 70,73,75, 85,85,58, 95,94,95, 102,90,106, 2,2,63, 21,21,72, 22,22,72, 13,11,91, 19,19,93,

The Contender is actually called a E109 in Carcols.dat. It's not EC...

Any Luster is fine on it except Black (0) because the Black Luster is not Special at all.

The Silver Stone Poly (8) Luster will make the Contender differ with one Traffic Contender only by Color 1, though it's Special, but not a fascinating Luster at all. Because the 2nd Color is invisible on it, the Silver Stone Poly Luster is special either way and can be treated just like any other Special Luster.

Lustered Black Stallion

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Bright Red - 44 (RGB checked) / Black Poly - 1 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 10 / 12

stalion, 0,0,1, 0,0,124, 33,0,28, 34,0,35, 38,0,44, 49,0,66, 53,0,51, 56,0,51, 58,0,106, 59,0,51, 62,0,71, 64,0,71, 69,0,74, 74,0,74, 76,0,74, 84,0,74, 106,0,106, 21,0,75, 16,0,93

Any Luster is Special except Black Poly (1) and Temple Curtain Purple (124) because those are not Special at all. It's not EC.

62 - Babysitting:

EC Dark Green Willard with EC Black Door Interior

Midnight Blue - 62 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Inside of the Door
Black Poly - 1 - Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

willard, 72,72,1, 30,30,1, 34,34,1, 37,37,1, 43,43,1, 52,52,1, 54,54,1, 55,55,1, 52,52,1, 65,65,1, 69,69,1, 70,70,1, 72,72,1, 75,75,1, 84,84,1, 88,88,1, 90,90,1, 106,106,1, 119,119,1, 111,111,1

It's EC for sure. Midnight Blue can't be found on any Traffic Willard. It's even EC Color 2. Interestingly, Willards can't be Lustered because all Traffic Willards have a Black Poly Luster.

There are two rectangles which are the Color 2 in the Willard and they're in the Interior interestingly. So it also has an EC Black Door Interior (or whatever it is called).

So the EC Beige Willard from before would have the same thing, just also a EC Beige Door Interior.

I edited in a Black Willard using the Save Editor, but I put Cherry Red on Color 2 while Black is on everything. This is the Color 2 Area (the Red Part): Photo.

Thus I'll call it an EC Dark Green Willard with EC Black Door Interior, and the first EC Willard will be a EC Beige Willard with EC Beige Door Interior.

EC/Lustered Green and Blue Rancher

Dark Green Poly - 57 - Body Color
Harbor Blue Poly - 67 - Stripe
Bright Blue Poly - 75 / Malachite Poly - 80 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 6 / 38

rancher, 0,0,2, 0,4,8, 0,3,3, 1,24,75, 11,5,6, 23,24,75, 30,30,39, 31,36,72, 48,49,48, 52,55,61, 57,61,61, 71,73,85, 76,73,85, 77,5,85, 102,90,80, 106,90,80, 109,110,80,

This Rancher is surely EC, though the Green Body Color alone is not EC, though the Blue Stripe and the Combination are EC.

It's also Randomly Lustered, though the Lusters can't really be seen on it very well.

Also... Derrick's Squalo is a EC Green Squalo. Colors are: 56 (Green), 62 (Midnight Blue), 113 (Frost White).

squalo, 25,32,113, 25,69,113, 25,83,113, 25,56,113, 51,56,113, 8,0,113, 127,27,113, 0,25,113, 0,33,113, 25,106,113,

EC Green Squalo is not obtainable because Boats can't be saved in Parking Spots...

Also... The EC Black Maverick in this Mission is surely unobtainable with Cheats. I tried pushing Kim's Reefer to get it nearer land so the Maverick flies over the land, but no the Reefer can't be pushed, if you kill the Pilot then the Maverick will just explode. There is no way to obtain it without Cheats...

63 - Tunnel of Death:

EC/Lustered Bright Red Biff

Turismo Red - 35 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Hoods - 55 / Agate Green - 53 - Random Luster

Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 12 (Random Variant also)

biff, 40,40,39, 52,52,53, 97,97,97, 90,90,90, 52,52,52, 41,41,41, 36,36,36, 41,41,41, 48,48,48, 55,55,55, 57,57,57, 64,64,64, 71,71,71, 77,77,77,

It's EC for sure, the Body Color is EC. It also has a Random Luster. All Lusters are Special. This is Packie's Biff, the player's Biff is randomly colored.

The Black Presidente is a Traffic Default (0,133,12).

Unique Police Stockade is also in this Mission.

Seriously, this confirmations are absolutely amazing. Revolutionary for Special Vehicles in the HD Era to FINALLY be known after 10 years, literally...

No more guessing games. The facts are now in sight...

64 - Blood Brothers:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission, in both cases killing Francis or Derrick.

65 - Undertaker:

EC Black Schafter with EC Black Rims

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Rims
Silver Stone Poly - 8 (RGB checked) - Set Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 480

schafter, 0,1,1, 70,133,8, 16,133,8, 22,133,8, 26,133,18, 34,133,34, 43,133,43, 54,133,54, 57,133,57, 61,133,61, 65,133,65, 68,133,68, 77,133,77, 104,133,103, 106,133,103, 108,133,108, 15,133,93, 19,1,93, 13,133,80,

Black Body Color appears only on Russian Schafters, on normal Civilian Schafters the Black Body Color is EC. It's not Lustered.

It also has EC Black Rims which can't be found on any Schafter in Traffic.

Remember the EC/Lustered Black Schafter with EC Black Rims from Easy as Can Be? You can make that Schafter look exactly like this one when you get the Silver Stone Poly Luster. Because this one from Undertaker has a Set Luster which is Sivler Stone Poly, which can be found in Traffic.

EC/Lustered Red Primo (with possible EC Gold Details)

Graceful Red Mica - 31 - Roof Body Color, Small Stripe along the Vehicle
Graceful Red Mica - 31 - Bottom Area
Arctic Pearl - 118 / Astra Silver Poly - 12 - Random Luster
Very White - 133 / Very White - 133 - Rims, Window Sidings, Grill, Door Handles, Exhausts
Variant - 480

primo, 34,34,28,127, 0,0,0,127, 0,0,0,133, 0,1,12,133, 1,4,12,133, 16,17,12,133, 17,17,12,133, 21,21,12,133, 22,23,12,133, 31,34,30,133, 33,33,32,133, 36,36,32,133, 52,52,55,133, 57,52,12,133, 62,55,12,133, 70,69,63,133, 97,93,90,133, 54,54,55,133, 67,67,118,133, 70,70,65,133, 98,98,90,133, 16,16,76,133, 9,9,91,133, 15,15,93,133, 19,19,93,133, 13,13,80,133, 12,12,80,127,

Color 1 alone is not EC, but Color 2 is EC, so their Combination is EC which makes this Vehicle EC!

It is possible that these Primos get a Taxi Yellow Color 4... So it'd be even more Special.

All Lusters are Special for sure, but if you get the Blaze Red 30 Luster which comes in with the Very White 133 Details, then compared to one Primo in Traffic it will only differ from the Bottom Body Color. Still, All Lusters are Special.

Lustered Blue Primo (with possible EC Gold Details)

Nautical Blue Poly - 70 - Roof Body Color, Small Stripe along the Vehicle
Nautical Blue Poly - 70 - Bottom Area
Astra Silver Poly - 12 / Nassau Blue Poly - 76 / Black - 0 - Random Luster
Very White - 133 / Very White - 133 / Taxi Yellow - 127 (RGB checked) - Rims, Window Sidings, Grill, Door Handles, Exhausts
Variant - 480

primo, 34,34,28,127, 0,0,0,127, 0,0,0,133, 0,1,12,133, 1,4,12,133, 16,17,12,133, 17,17,12,133, 21,21,12,133, 22,23,12,133, 31,34,30,133, 33,33,32,133, 36,36,32,133, 52,52,55,133, 57,52,12,133, 62,55,12,133, 70,69,63,133, 97,93,90,133, 54,54,55,133, 67,67,118,133, 70,70,65,133, 98,98,90,133, 16,16,76,133, 9,9,91,133, 15,15,93,133, 19,19,93,133, 13,13,80,133, 12,12,80,127,

This one is NOT EC because there is a 70,70,65,133 one in Traffic. So if you'd get the Jasper Green Poly 65 Luster, thus that Primo wouldn't be Special at all. Avoid the Jasper Green Poly Luster.

If you get the Striking Blue 63 Luster, it's still Special, but then compared to one Primo in Traffic, the only difference would be the Bottom Body Color.

And yes... The Primos can have EC Gold Details on them. The White Details are NOT Special. The Details can only be Very White 133 or Taxi Yellow 127. This counts for both Primos.

EC Black Washington

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Silver Stone Poly - 8 (RGB checked) - Set Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

washington, 0,0,12, 4,4,12, 6,6,12, 10,10,12, 21,21,12, 23,23,12, 25,25,12, 33,33,35, 37,37,32, 49,49,63, 52,52,56, 54,54,55, 65,65,63, 67,67,118, 70,70,65, 98,98,90, 16,16,76, 9,9,91, 15,15,93, 19,19,93, 13,13,80,

It's EC, eventhough its Body Color is not EC, its Set Luster makes it EC. Though the Silver Stone Poly 8 and Astra Silver Poly 12 Lusters are so similar to each other, this Washington is barely Special at all. But it is, different Colors, different RGB.

Unique Romero

Not much to talk about it, it's not EC for being 0,0,4,0 which is a Traffic Default anyways. It CAN spawn in Traffic after passing or failing the Mission, though it's still Unique. Variant is 0 if someone wants to know.

Both Derrick's and Francis' Funerals have the same Special Vehicles and Methods.

66 - Hating the Haters:

EC/Lustered Silver Comet

Pewter Gray Poly - 3 - Body Color
Pewter Gray Poly - 3 - ?
Astra Silver Poly - 12 / Very Red - 27 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

comet, 0,0,63, 1,1,12, 33,33,27 46,46,127, 6,6,8, 49,49,59, 127,127,123, 62,62,63, 22,22,64, 56,56,59,

It's EC for sure. It also has a Random Luster on it. All Lusters are Special on it. Very Red Luster looks awesome on it!

The Faggios in the Mission are all Traffic Colored.

67 - Union Drive:

Lustered Black SuperGT

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Concord Blue Poly - 2 / Winning Silver Poly - 5 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 2 / 0

supergt, 0,0,50, 3,3,2, 7,7,5, 13,13,13, 34,34,30, 33,33,29, 0,0,96, 40,40,41, 57,57,55, 70,70,71, 72,72,73, 77,77,75, 88,88,50, 104,104,107, 121,121,123

The Non-Special Lusters are Torch Green (50) and Light Ivory (96). Torch Green is a Green Colored Luster but in the Game Files it's called Torch Red, though it's Green. This Lustered Black SuperGT is not EC in any way except for the Random Luster, which makes it Lustered.

Turismo in this Mission is Random Traffic Colored.

68 - Buoys Ahoy:

Bernie's Tropic is a EC Blue and Beige Tropic. Unobtainable. The Colors are: 48 (Alabaster Solid), 74 (Ultra Blue Poly), 113 (Frost White).

tropic, 113,35,113, 113,66,113, 113,57,113,

The Russian's Squalo in the Mission is a EC White and Red Squalo. Unobtainable. The Colors are: 24 (Light Blue Grey), 27 (Very Red), 113 (Frost White).

squalo, 25,32,113, 25,69,113, 25,83,113, 25,56,113, 51,56,113, 8,0,113, 127,27,113, 0,25,113, 0,33,113, 25,106,113,

There is a Maverick in the Mission that seems to be a EC Red and White Maverick. Seems like it's unobtainable too. The Colors are: 24 (Light Blue Grey), 27 (Very Red), 113 (Frost White).

maverick, 113,0,113, 113,7,113, 113,28,113, 113,49,113, 113,57,113, 113,69,113, 113,76,113,

Failing the Mission in any way will make this EC Maverick fly upwards into the sky. There's no way to obtain it unless an Annihilator Cheat, maybe it's unobtainable even with that.

Yes the Maverick's and Squalo's Colors are the same, they appear twice in the Mission Script. I know it's the Maverick because I've ALWAYS seen it Red and White in every Video on YouTube about Buoys Ahoy plus every time when I restart Buoys Ahoy.

Second proof is that Color 1 is the Stripe on the Maverick and Color 2 is the Body Color, thus in the naming I switch Color 1 and 2 as I first want the Body Color and then the Stripe when naming it. Color 1 is White (Grey) on it and it's the Stripe. Color 2 is Red and it's the Body Color. Don't believe it? Get the EC White and Red Maverick and you'll see the White (Black...) Body Color is Color 2 while the Red Stripe is Color 1. It's all switched up.

Interesting how IV now has a very easily obtainable EC White and Red Maverick and an unobtainable EC Red and White Maverick.
EC Orange and Black Infernus

Lammy Orange - 131 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Stripe on the Bottom
Taxi Yellow - 89 (RGB checked) - Set Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

infernus, 0,0,63, 0,0,59, 33,33,27 46,46,127, 6,6,8, 49,49,59, 59,59,127, 88,88,124, 62,62,63, 22,22,64,

It's EC and not Randomly Lustered at all. The Black Stripe alone is not EC, but the Body Color is EC and their Combination is also EC, so is the Luster EC on alone.

EC Yellow and Black Infernus

Lammy Yellow - 132 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Stripe
Securicor Dark Green - 126 (Mission Script Checked) - Set Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

infernus, 0,0,63, 0,0,59, 33,33,27 46,46,127, 6,6,8, 49,49,59, 59,59,127, 88,88,124, 62,62,63, 22,22,64,

To get this EC Infernus, save after Buoys Ahoy before Bernie calls you for the Infernus, then reload. When he calls you the Infernus will be the Yellow one. If you don't reload then it will be the Orange one.

Yeah, Special Vehicles in IV are finally getting confirmed after 10 years since the release! I'm seriously happy for doing this and how everything will be finally known all about IV in the coming months. I plan to now do the Gracie Strand Special Vehicles and then the Mafia/Pegorino/Phill Bell Strand and then the Gravelli Missions, then Revenge+Deal Story Missions to end the Story Mission Special Vehicles. Next will be Side Mission Special Vehicles from Random Encounters, Drug Deliveries, Fixer's Assassinations, Friends' Special Abilities, Brucie's Exotic Exports and Stevie's Text Messages Vehicles, and then the Special Vehicles in IV will be fully 1000%-ly known!

69 - I'll Take Her:

EC/Lustered Pink Feltzer

Vermillion Solid - 101 - Body Color
Turismo Red - 35 - ?
Saxony Blue Poly - 64 / Striking Blue - 63 - Random Luster

This Feltzer is fully EC and has a Random Luster on it.

70 - Ransom:

No Special Vehicles in this Mission.

71 - She's a Keeper:

Lustered Dark Green Vincent with EC Dark Green Rims

Deep Jewel Green - 52 - Body Color
Deep Jewel Green - 52 - Rims
Flax - 93 / Black Poly - 1 - Random Luster

Variant - 0

vincent, 121,133,1, 8,133,1, 10,133,1, 17,133,1, 24,133,1, 36,133,1, 37,133,1, 75,133,1, 55,133,1, 75,133,1, 0,93,34, 0,1,1, 87,133,83, 52,133,83, 39,133,34, 1,133,1, 7,133,7, 31,93,29, 16,133,76, 9,1,91, 15,133,93, 19,1,93, 13,133,80,

Due to the Traffic Vincent 52,133,83, the Body Color is not EC, meanwhile, the Dark Green Rims are EC on it. It also has a Random Luster on it.

Lustered Black Mafia Sentinel with EC Black Rims

Astra Silver Poly - 12 / Med.Sapphire Blue Poly - 77 - Random Luster

Variant - 6

sentinel, 0,1,50, 0,1,1, 0,133,1, 7,1,12, 12,1,12, 19,133,19, 34,1,45, 31,133,30, 38,133,34, 52,133,56, 68,133,103, 71,133,103, 77,133,77, 85,133,77, 106,103,90,

Due to the Mafia Sentinel having EC Black Rims, all Lusters are actually Special. Though the least Special one would be the Torch Green (50) Luster as that Luster spawns on Traffic Mafia Sentinels (along with Black Poly Rims). Also avoid the Black Poly (1) Luster, it's still Special due to the EC Rims, but compared to Traffic Mafia Sentinels taken to Pay and Spray and then getting the 0,1,1 or 0,133,1 Colors, the only difference then would be the Rims Color.

Lustered Black Mafia PMP 600

Avoid the Currant Red Solid (37) Luster as that one will make this Mafia PMP 600 a normal one, also avoid the Black (0) and the Nassau Blue Poly (76) Luster.

This one does not have a Hybrid Grill.

72 - Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend:

Lustered Black Vincent with EC Black Rims

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Rims
Black Poly - 1 / Cabernet Red Poly - 34 / Malachite Poly - 80 - Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0 / 2

vincent, 121,133,1, 8,133,1, 10,133,1, 17,133,1, 24,133,1, 36,133,1, 37,133,1, 75,133,1, 55,133,1, 75,133,1, 0,93,34, 0,1,1, 87,133,83, 52,133,83, 39,133,34, 1,133,1, 7,133,7, 31,93,29, 16,133,76, 9,1,91, 15,133,93, 19,1,93, 13,133,80,

Body Color is not EC, but the Black Rims are. All Lusters are Special, though the Black Poly (1) and Cabernet Red Poly (34) Lusters would make the Vincent only differ by the Rims Color when compared to Traffic Vincents.

Lustered Dark Green Vincent with EC Dark Green Rims also appears in this Mission too, same Body and Rims Colors... This time I got the Bright Blue Poly (83) and Flax (93) Lusters (Variant 0 on both).

The Vincents that appear during the Shootout Part are Randomly Colored and not Special at all.

73 - Truck Hustle:
bell6.txt is the Truck Hustle File, which doesn't really make sense but whatever.

Ray's Unobtainable Oracle (I simply can't get it... It just speeds away and disappears at a certain location) is 8 (Silver Stone Poly), 0 (Black) in Color, from Mission Script, also it's Lustered. So this would be a EC/Lustered White Oracle.

It's not the same Color as the EC/Lustered Oracle in Easy as Can Be.

Also this unobtainable EC/Lustered White Oracle (I call the Color White) is AP as seen from the Mission Script.

Actually... I just found this out. There's a EC/Lustered White Oracle in Pest Control, guess what, according to BoomyJohnny's Spreadsheet it's the same 8,0 one as this unobtainable one, just without the AP Property! So if you want to get this unobtainable one, get it from Pest Control and make it AP! Awesome.

EC/Lustered Black Bobcat

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Winning Silver Poly - 5 / Pueblo Beige - 95 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 222

bobcat, 11,11,12, 1,11,5, 5,5,5, 34,34,32, 53,53,54, 54,54,55, 57,57,57, 69,69,67, 76,76,67, 95,95,95, 102,102,103, 16,16,76, 9,9,91, 15,15,93, 19,19,93, 13,13,80,

This Bobcat is also EC as the Black Body Color nor Black Color 2 nor their Combination can be found in Traffic. It's also Randomly Lustered.

Lustered Dark Silver Pony

Med.Gray Poly - 20 - Body Color
Med.Gray Poly - 20 - ?
Astra Silver Poly - 12 (NOT Special) / Wild Strawberry Poly - 41 / Alabaster Solid - 48 / Saxony Blue Poly - 64 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 6 / Random Variant
Livery (Livery is never Special)

pony, 11,11,12, 13,13,12, 20,20,12, 23,23,12, 31,31,12, 56,56,12, 77,77,12, 95,95,12, 41,41,41, 48,48,48, 64,64,64,

This Dark Silver Pony (on the right) is not EC as there's a Traffic Pony that is 12,12.

Also, if it gets an Astra Silver Poly (12) Luster, then it's not Special, but there's something stupid about it, 8 out of 11 Ponies in Traffic have an Astra Silver Poly Luster, so there's a 73% chance that this Pony won't be Special at all (because of the 20,20,12 one in Traffic).

However, if it gets a Wild Strawberry Poly (41), Alabaster Solid (48) or Saxony Blue Poly (64) Luster, then it's Special, though there's a 3 out of 11 chance that it will be Special, which is 27%.

EC/Lustered Light Silver Pony

Slate Gray - 22 - Body Color
Slate Gray - 22 - ?
Astra Silver Poly - 12 / Wild Strawberry Poly - 41 / Alabaster Solid - 48 / Saxony Blue Poly - 64 - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 6 / Random Variant
Livery (Livery is never Special)

pony, 11,11,12, 13,13,12, 20,20,12, 23,23,12, 31,31,12, 56,56,12, 77,77,12, 95,95,12, 41,41,41, 48,48,48, 64,64,64,

This EC/Lustered Light Silver Pony on the left is actually EC, so any Luster that you get will be Special on this particular Pony, though there'll be a 8 out of 11 chance that it will be an Astra Silver Poly Luster, which is Special on this EC/Lustered Pony, but is NOT Special on the other Lustered Pony which isn't EC Body Color.

BoomyJohnny already gave informations about these two Ponies.

The Sanchez at the end of the Mission is a simple Traffic Default Sanchez, not Special AT ALL as previously suspected. It's a 35,4,127 Sanchez every time and it's even scripted in the Mission Script to get the 2nd Carcols Color in the String, which is indeed that Color. Not a Special Vehicle.

74 - Pegorino's Pride:

EC/Lustered Black Schafter with EC Black Rims

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Rims
Jasper Green Poly - 65 / Silver Stone Poly - 8 (RGB checked) - Random Luster

Variant - 480

schafter, 0,1,1, 70,133,8, 16,133,8, 22,133,8, 26,133,18, 34,133,34, 43,133,43, 54,133,54, 57,133,57, 61,133,61, 65,133,65, 68,133,68, 77,133,77, 104,133,103, 106,133,103, 108,133,108, 15,133,93, 19,1,93, 13,133,80,

Again, this is a normal Civilian Schafter, not the Russian one, so it's EC Black and also has EC Black Rims, it's also Randomly Lustered.

EC/Lustered Silver Sultan

Winning Silver Poly - 5 - Body Color
Black - 0 - Invisible
Turismo Red - 35 / Green - 56 (RGB checked) - Random Luster
Very White - 133 - Rims
Variant - 226 / 228

sultan, 74,0,83,90, 0,1,1,133, 3,1,1,133, 10,1,1,133 25,1,1,133, 37,1,1,133, 53,6,1,133, 61,1,1,133, 75,1,1,133, 92,1,1,133, 6,0,12,133, 10,0,12,133, 21,0,12,133, 23,0,12,133, 25,0,12,133, 33,0,35,133, 34,0,34,133, 47,0,35,133, 49,0,63,133, 52,0,56,133, 54,0,55,133, 65,0,63,133, 67,0,118,133, 70,0,65,133, 98,0,90,133, 16,0,76,133, 9,0,91,133, 15,0,93,133, 19,0,93,133, 13,0,80,133,

The Body Color is EC so it's surely EC, it also has a Random Luster applied on it.

Not sure if it's possible for the 74,0,83,90 to spawn on it, as then the Silver Sultan would have a Bright Blue Poly Luster and Race Yellow Solid Rims, which I don't think is possible to spawn on it as 74,0,83,90 is the Korean Gang Sultan TT.

75 - Payback:

Lustered Black Mafia PMP 600 also appears in this Mission, same one from before (Same Variant too, which is 2), the Lusters I got now are: Pastel Alabaster (91), Light Blue Grey (24).

Lustered Black Coquette

Black - 0 - Body Color
Black - 0 - ?
Silver Stone Poly - 8 (RGB checked) / Med Regatta Blue Poly (72) - Random Luster
Black - 0 - Unused
Variant - 0

coquette, 0,0,50, 1,1,8, 11,11,92, 13,13,98, 33,33,89, 34,34,27, 49,49,53, 53,53,58, 57,57,60, 113,35,113, 74,74,63, 80,80,84, 2,2,63, 21,21,72, 22,22,72, 13,13,91, 19,19,93,

This is surely Lustered and not EC at all. Because of the 0,0,50 in Traffic, the Torch Green (50) Luster won't make the Coquette Special at all.

Voile, theMagicLibrary

I'm getting this game too, planning on only doing 1 save file, (maybe a second... If I have time and I find the game fun...)

Since I can only store 10 vehicles (no garages??!!!), which ones would you guys prefer I concentrate on getting?

Which vehicles are the best to get?

It's completely your choice on which 10 to get, just make sure that they're all Special when it comes to the Lustered Vehicles. I prefer getting the four Unique Vehicles (Romero, Police Stockade, Laundromat, EC Roman's Taxi) in the 1st Save and then six Vehicles of your free choice (six Sports Cars, Lustered Black Vehicles, random EC Vehicles of your choice etc.), and then convert them all to AP.

As for me, I'd choose Unique Police Stockade, some cool looking Hybrid vehicles (for instance Hybrid PCJ 600 and EC White PMP 600 with Hybrid grill) and a bunch of cool EC/Lustered Vehicles. Now, when we finally know which Lusters are special and which aren't, you can easily find the best combinations of Color and Luster. Probably, getting one helicopter is a good idea too. Of course, don't forget to convert all your vehicles to AP.
