I modded police vehicles and now they wont spawn when I have a wanted

I've been playing around with San Andreas and decided to mod the police vehicles to be a bit more up to date.

However, after doing so, I can spawn the cars and they all work fine but the police don't spawn in the cars when I have a wanted level.

I've googled this a lot, each time worded a bit differently, but can't find anything. So, I'm asking here. Is there any fix to this? Another mod I need to install? Thanks!

Hello, that usually happens with wrong settings changes, but before go in deep, could you tell me if that just happens with the police cars or also with others cars? I mean, if while you are on the street, is like a ghost town and the roads are completely free of cars or the traffic is normal.

 

At the moment I have two possible reasons, first one is as I said before, wrong settings changes, and the second reason could be a conflict with another modification you probably got in your GTA SA directory.
