I want to make my own MPACKs(not DYOM). So what should I do for making MPACKS. Can anybody suggest me with what should I begin?

Can I work with Sanny Builder with normal SCM scripting system? Like, defining objects?

 

Can I save my game with that MPACKs?

Nope.

 

 

Okay then. Can I load custom ipl/ide in MPACKs? I don't think it's possible right now. Loading ipl/ide is possible through SCM script?

SCM scripts do not execute until the game was loaded, therefore you cannot load ipl/ide files with SCM scripts unless you find a way to force a reload of all ipl/ide files while in game.
