Can anybody tell me a proper guide to build or to make a my own map.

 

I want full guides with details like path building, lightning effects, LOD, etc.

 

I also want a guide on making peds (skinning peds) and making vehicles(full functional).

 

Please anybody suggest me something on making/building maps.
