AjdarFan
It's a glitch called "curb boosting" basically you speed up when you hit bumps (ex. sidewalks) This wasn't much an issue before, but RE-7B with lowest suspension and carbon spoiler becomes as close to ground that car is hitting itself constantly (wheels are clipping to car itself) and get infinite speed boost like that. The problem is, speed depends on your FPS, as game gives you speed boost one per your FPS, this isn't a problem if you're on console, since everyone has same 30 FPS, (but i hear Xbox One has same situation like PC, not sure why, because in there definitely everyone has same 30 FPS) but if you're on PC, you can see players with NASA-quality computers who runs the game about at +150 FPS (yeah it's true). I only got 35-45 FPS on medium-high settings and this means I get speed boost only when doing this glitch 35-45 times per second, while other players who has beefy computers are getting 150 times per second. More than 4 times speed of me, it makes game unplayable. So, if you're seeing a player which is incredibly fast with a RE-7B, he has a really beefy computer and applying this glitch. And that makes it worse than using hacks, since they cannot get banned nor R* is gonna fix it anytime, because it's a core gameplay mechanic. Nacho Z
Man, I enjoy racing in GTA but there's just a crazy amount of cheesy bullsh*t involved in optimum builds. Something for them to think about for the next game.
JustinR512
Can someone please summarize the last few pages and explain succinctly what the fastest configurations are for the RE-7B and ETR1 are? On current-gen consoles, if it matters.

On current-gen consoles, if it matters. For the RE-7B: Racing with turns - Carbon spoiler + offroad tires Straight line speed - Carbon spoiler + stock tires Not sure about ETR1 however the same principle will work for a Racing set-up (Non-stock spoiler + offroads) Mervz789
Gridl0k
FWIW I find the stock wheels 7B perfectly fine through corners, I love the way it spins up mid corner. I was never faster on OR tyres than stock on any track.
Liquid715
Can someone please let me know if you can put bullet proof tires on it? Will the glitch still work? Thanks in advance, have been searching high and low. No answers.

update_lsc
Can someone please let me know if you can put bullet proof tires on it? Will the glitch still work? Thanks in advance, have been searching high and low. No answers. BP tires don't affect your handling whatsoever. So of course the car is still broken. Hopefully (probably not) it will get fixed on tuesday though.
