Where do you live and is it an unpopular place for gaming? What if you try to join friends who are in full lobbies? And, can quick jobs/on call/accepted invites have high player counts? Never banned, good internet direct wired to my router. Same setup as my PS4 and PS3 and I go into full public lobbies on those all the time. Same with me too, it's only since the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update lol, my friend seems to get full lobbies while i seem to get put in empty ones.
