What are some missable events?

I'm going for a completely perfect save. That is, every single stat is maxed out. 100% completion, 100% like and respect for everyone, every icon on the map unlocked, et cetera. However, I accidentally'd Michelle. I forgot to date her to 100% like before she outed herself as a cop, and now she's forever at 76% or so, and I have to restart the save from the beginning.

 

What other things like this are there?

Roman's 10 Taxi missions. You have to do them before a certain point (I think before Dimitri burns down the business) or else you're locked out forever.

Yup, once you lose the Cabo depot you cannot do more cab missions. Miss Weinstock must be angry.

Yeah, I got Karen to 100%, but only got Kate to 90% before she died. Not worth to start over, though I also got the entire Pause Menu saying 100% for Like/Respect on every Character, but it's really tedious and time consuming, and in my case, rather boring. Not about IV, but TBoGT Like/Respect is broken. I can only get those a certain percentage before they stop increasing, thus never reaching 100%. TLaD is the same as IV, got all those 100% in the Pause Menu for Like/Respect.

 

Good luck on your playthrough. I don't think there is very many missable events. You either spare or kill certain Characters, but it has no impact on the game or the Missions...As others said, the only missable events I can think of is Roman's Taxi Fares, as well as the Solid Black Esperanto and Roman's Taxi itself. After Roman's Sorrow, the Taxi Fares are gone, the full Black Esperanto is gone, and so is Roman's Taxi. You never see this Vehicle again, thus Unique...

Oh, cool. I've only just realised that. I'll have to snatch those up before I finish that mission, then. Thanks. Are there any more vehicles that can't be obtained after a certain point?

Theoretically, yeah. Pass a Mission that has one, and then you can never go back to it unless you start a new game. Just read the Guide, check the Missions in which Vehicles interest you, make a plan of which 10 you want, and go for them. But those are the only ones in which could be found before a certain event happens, like the burning down of the Cab Depot during Roman's Sorrow. So anything to do with the Cab Depot is gone, like the Taxi Fares which isn't required for 100% and the 2 Vehicles associated with the Cab Depot; the Full Black Esperanto that always sits in there with or without a driver and Roman's Taxi by either doing Taxi Missions with one, or calling for one, or getting one from the handful of Story Missions before Roman's Sorrow...
