Do you still get the rewards if you quit from spectate?

Last 3 races I've been a part of, I pull away and win and the other 2 or 3 morons just screw around and refuse to finish the race. I've had to quit from spectate.

 

Do I still get my cash and RP for winning?

They should get the DNF warning after not too long no? But no, if you leave before the race is actually over, even if you finished, you don't get anything.

Yes, you get the reward and the win count. Once you complete the race, the job is over for you. That's why it asks "do you want to quit spectator mode" rather than "do you want to quit the job".

What do you want, a video of something so simple to do yourself? You take note of your money and win count before a race. You join a race. you finish a race. You quit spectating before race ends. You look at your money and win count.
