OT: Ending A would've been cooler if Michael and Franklin fought against Trevor Philips Enterprises. Then for a grand finale, they burn alive the last man standing, Trevor.

Ending C is my only option.

 

How I look this situation: Devin never delivered what was promised, Cash for a job done with true professional outcome. Franklin delivered as well as Trevor, He'll even Lamar.

 

The first person to tell Devin, I know the perfect guy for you was Mike to help Frank, But Devin didn't and as soon as Mike called him a "Pencil Neck" Devin swayed & lured them all in and divided them,? so he tried.

 

Devin wasn't a killer, he was a rat, a consistent lying greed who never paid Frank the money at all!! Even Trevor helped Frank. The way I see this whole story in front of me is each guy coming together, through the worst times, horrid moments, Yet the 3 were an unstoppable force, facing many obstacles by the people pulling them apart. In short, Michael came thru for Frank in money from the jewelry job. Can anyone say that about Devin? NO! Trevor tried, was there for Frank in the messed up situation in the hood.

 

Frank met Lester thru Mike. Another trusting & worthy of a friendship with M & F.

 

Let's for a moment not make Frank all about the money, yes he was but he did have a Heart? Yes! He cared! Young guy learning from the big guns who was there for him & vice Versa.

 

Killing M, No f'n way!

Killing T, No way! Yes he got under my skin. But he was there for Michael to pull him out of the 3 way fire fight of FIB, IAA, the MW. And Michael in Deathwish helped Trevor when he was winded. Trevor saying nice to know you care. That's what all boils down to. Being there when it most counts, mending past screw ups. All 3 characters mean a lot to me as a gamer spending time with them. Yeah it certainly doesn't help that when asked to kill Trevor, Franklin says he won't do it. When asked to kill Michael, he literally tells Devin to f*ck off, and kicks him out of his house.

 

Then if you actually go ahead and choose A or B because of your hate boner, all of a sudden Franklin is acting like he just walked out of a totally different storyline with different preceding events.

Deathwish, the only ending that even makes sense. I couldn't see anybody 'seriously' choosing any other ending.

 

 

Kill Michael was the worst one and feels completely out of place and random.

Hmmm, let me think. The one where you kill all your enemies or the one where you kill one of your friends to make life easier for your enemies. Tough choice.

 

I probably wouldn't have minded ending A or B if there was no C choice, or C ended in Franklin's death, protagonists getting killed off can work well. When you have a choice of two gutwrenching endings and one happy ending it's a no brainer though.

C (And more importantly) That ending sucks.

Because killing off a protagonist so you can literally remove gameplay is a stupid f*cking design and idea, especially considering we know Rockstar is capable of avoiding this issue if a protagonist dies at the end of a game.

 

A and B are inferior in literally every way gameplay and story-wise.

Because he has the only decent side missions in the game (Arms Trafficking and Bail Bonds). And because I wasn't butthurt over Johnny K's death.

C all the way. For all their faults, Michael/Franklin/Trevor were pretty okay guys who just wanted to make better lives for themselves (Michael making movies, Franklin getting out of the ghetto/gangbangin and Trevor as a meth kingpin).

 

Devin & Steve on the other hand are nothing but scum through and through - Devin's a lying rat who cheats you out of the profit for stealing those cars and Steve is crooked cop/politician pretty much. Both of them send you off to do their bidding and for all intents and purposes, you're their bitch. I've wanted to kill both those smarmy assholes multiple times before the finale.

Gameplay wise C is the way to go but story wise killing Micheal was the way to go and the best way if you still think that Micheal is the innocent one check out this video that I found hopefully it can change your mind

Ending A when Michael kills Trevor really didn't like that Franklin gets to choose who lives or dies It should have been the same for ending B Trevor should be the one who kills Michael

I always opted for Deathwish. Preserving all three, along with their unique features. I appreciate the fact Rockstar tried to add some last minute weight to V's flimsy plot by giving you choices with lasting consequences, but like some have already said, cutting off a portion of gameplay for basically one mission & cutscene, is rather pointless (unless you have a burning hatred for Michael or Trevor). I don't hate Michael, and I'd always find myself playing as Trevor in free roam, so killing him was already out of the question.

Probably because 85% of people like Trevor, why else? I don't see how you can play an entire story with characters, and then just kill them at the end without feeling remorse. Why would you suck up to your two rivals?? Wouldn't it be better to at least try to defend your friends, rather than being a coward? It's a dumb question really. Kill main character or kill all antagonists? Obviously Kill the antagonists!

 

I don't understand how anyone could be happy with killing Michael...Trevor, I guess, because some people dislike his crazy behavior and personality, but Michael?? Michael is great! Plus you're killing a man who loved you like a son, just to make some cocky douche happy. Sounds like a coward move Frankie.
