Or, alternatively, if you download a game with 5 languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish), then you'll have to switch to german to play bloodless. However, since you speak Spanish, and I doubt you know German, I first recommend you go to the TEXT folder in the game directory, make a backup of german.gxt, then copy the spanish.gxt file and rename it "geman.gxt", and paste in the folder. In the 'language' section of the Options menu, select German. Now you can play german version of the game (bloodless) with Spanish text.
