Late 30's gamer looking to join an RP MC or crew

I'm in my late 30's and recently switched to XBox One. I have MC experience but have grown tired of the free mode wars that lasts up to three hours, the in club fighting, drama and immaturity. I'm looking to join a fun role play MC or fun crew that sticks to private lobbies. The modders, glitchers and tryhards have ruined the public lobby experience for me. I prefer mature players my age or close to that. I have good sense of humor and I don't take the game too serious.
