Its about the looks in this game. Who even still races, expect for the stunt races. If i want to race i'll boot up DC. I know this thread is focused solely on the Lynx, but why on Earth is the Drift Tampa in the sports class? It would be so much better in the muscles class, and it would be able to compete with the top muscle cars. It's like the Blista Compact and Schafter V12 all over again! For the sake of balancing the value of the car, they should either raise the performance and make it slightly top the Elegy. And they shouldn't make it perform better by using the darn suspension glitch either, it's just lazy. But I personally think they lower the price but $1,000,000, because I really think that it was just a typo. Performance wise, it doesn't come close to cars that are a lot cheaper like the Massacro or Feltzer and especially the Elegy. Granted, it looks banging, but there are cars that are design wise not as beautiful, but cost a huge amount less and perform a lot better. For this I'd rather get a Massacro. Looks great, not too expensive and competitive. The point I'm making is that for a price this high, you can at least expect a high performance, but it just doesn't have it. If you like it, sure, buy it and enjoy it. But don't go around saying it is pathetic and BS that people complain about the price, because, quite frankly, it is more than justified. If your daily drivers are all or mostly supers i think it'll feel slow and might make you restless, but for me and my usage (daily drive cars from most chassis) it was awesome. Also looks very nice parked next to its spiritual older brother, the F620. I do understand the price argument, but taking that out of the equation it is a fun, stable, heavy sports car with a good driver's feel to it! I really do have to question Rockstar for their pricing though because this thing should not even be worth $735K. It should be less than the Bestia GTS or at least around the same price. Hell if I had it my way it would be 10 grand more than the Coquette. This isna really good car but most people have no choice but to skip. I just gave in and bought a Shark Card because I haven't the time. Others won't do that and normally I wouldn't either. I do think that it looks like a bit of a mash up of a few cars already in the game, or at least I did as the more I see of it the more it's subtleties and uniqueness becomes apparent. Besides, unless it's some kind of wacky concept type design, a nice looking car will always resemble another car to some extent, just the way it is after so many years of different designs. The handling is sterling, not that it's ridiculously fast but in the way it corners and feels in general. Just needs a tap on the handbrake and you're in an elegant slide that lasts as long as you want it to. The pricing is unfortunate and as you say it's understandable that people aren't impressed with that but it seems that a lot of players don't give a sh*t about the cost and are simply enjoying driving a lovely looking machine.
