Error while using Package Installer.

While installing something using the Package Installer (for GTA V), I get an error and OpenIV has to close. What's really weird is that it only happens if I press Ctrl (I haven't tested it with any other key, but this is the key I've tested with and it happens every single time I press it).

This only happens while the OpenIV window is in the foreground of course, as I am typing right now while something is currently installing and the install seems to be going well.
