It's not. http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/est Only some locations are currently on EST because most places in this time zone are currently on summer time/daylight saving time and are observing EDT. Wat? Where I am at we are in daylight saving time and 5am is less than a half hour away and that is usually when the updates drop. Look up what time zone you're in then. http://www.timeanddate.com/time/map/ You're probably on EDT. It doesn't matter, there isn't a fixed time - 10/11 I guess it does to some people when everyone kept posting that the update will be released 5AM EST which is 1 hour from now.No its now.
