Why do people keep asking fot a sixth garage?

Wtf do you need 60 cars for?

Im level 343 with five garages, 3 are empty, the 1st is full, and the 2nd is half full

I'm sure that if you need a 6th garage and you showed me your garage, I could call out multiple cars that are useless and you should sell and make room for

Because I really like having and driving that many. In Gran Turismo it was common to have 1000 cars at my disposal. If you don't want that many cars then more power to you.

It's going to feel strange running from the cops in a freakin' LeMans Prototype. I may try a 5 star pursuit with it and see how long I last.

^ it occurs to me a lap of the island would be roughly equivalent to Le Sarthe, and a 24h race in-game means a very manageable 48mins.

if 50 cars isn't enough why not just make another character and you'll have 100 spots. For instance my first character is the mission grinder and collects armored, off-road, and muscle. My second is the racer and collects super, sports, and race cars. if 100 isn't enough you may have a problem

Im exactly the same way. My first garage is full of my favorites, and my second is half full of random stuff that comes and goes. the other ones are totally empty. Except for a paleto bay house with a Rancher in it for some reason. I feel like I get more attached to my cars when I have less. Keep in mind that im not against the whole more garages thing. I dont really care either way.

 

Edit: I totally forgot that I have a third garage with rare traffic cars in it. My bad.

No you couldn't.

 

You could pick out cars that YOU think are useless or should be sold.

 

You can make an argument that having multiple of anything in the game is pointless. Why have more than one garage at all? You can only drive one car at a time so no point in having more than one. Likewise you can only shoot one gun at a time so they may as well make it so you can only have one and only one set of clothes.

 

Or you could just play the game however you want to and not work on the basis that your opinion is how everyone else should play the game.

May be a bit late to the party but has there been any word on the car customization? Those featured in the trailer only differ in color and livery so I'd be just a tad disappointed if there is no cosmetic alterations besides a paintjob and wheels.

Holy f***. When will people finally understand that creating a second character does not solve the garageproblem. You cant use the vehicles of your second char on your first char and that makes the second char nearly useless.

Were is your problem if people would be able to own more than 50 cars, how would it affect YOU if OTHER PEOPLE could buy more then 5 garages and more then 50 cars on one char?

^^^ half true. I have had two charecters for a long time and like many others i use them differently. One for racing and lower end cars, the other for heists and ceo work with highend cars. Not being able to use the cars on each charecters is not really a problem. The problem is.......

Most people just dont want to spend weeks Ranking up a second character... or just simply don't have the time. Some people want more then 50 cars cause we only use one character, and cars are one of the main things to buy in gta.

 

Don't worry guys i have a feeling they will add another garage slot. Its just logical with 13 cars coming out at one time.

 

If not looks like im selling my sports classic garage or my exotics hard to choose since i have them all themed...

That car is confirmed to be an Annis because it has an Annis decal on the side.

There also were 10+ cars in F&F update but we didnt get a garage. So it means nothing, Rockstar will only release additional property slot if they want to. Edited July 9, 2016 by Casador

Great guesses on those vehicles on top. On that Dakar truck, I think it's going to be a Vapid, because I barely saw a Vapid badge on it in the trailer.

Relax. All GTA cars have mixed/hybrid elements. The car clearly looks like a 787B, down to the rims. And, it's got Annis (Nissan/Mazda) logos all over it.
