I love the quattro/mr2 hybrid, definitely an instant buy. I have about 100k to my name and havent played GTAO in weeks so its gonna be a big grind for this update.

the lancia type car looks like it could have some mazda influences too.

This looks way more fun and enjoyable than the overly convoluted sh*t that the Finance and Felony DLC is. The original point of GTA online was to just do dumb sh*t and have fun with your friends, which is what Cunning Stunts is. After spending months playing with modding on PC, this is the one DLC that will actually get me playing online.

if you have ever wondered if there really are people who buy as many sharkcards as they need for all the new stuff. yes, they exist. they are stupid! they know it, but they keep doing it.

 

they might have bought a whale shark card for the last dlc... and maybe a second one.... they probably also played some CEO stuff and grinded a few millions.... but still... they are thinking of just buying the megdalon shark card with a 50% bonus just because they are lazy as f*ck and never think twice about how they waste their money.

 

and rockstar knows this!! they play their game well!

Tbh, if it wasn't for us people paying to play this game every now it would have shut down a long time ago and you wouldn't be able to play anymore. Everyone has a different life and some people have disposable income that they use for entertainment purposes, not to mention it's easier just to spend $20 or so from an hour or two worth of a real life job to get new content rather than spending hours upon hours of grinding. Because, I, like many have jobs and priorities that take up a lot of time in real life that we simply don't have time for grinding. Don't be so ignorant, it's embarrassing.

Please stop arguing that cars aren't what they obviously are just because all GTA cars take inspiration from more than one source.

 

It's largely an F1 LT. It will be from Progen. Just look at the NACA duct side scoops, or the wing mirror placement, or the rear spoiler detail, or, well, the shape of the goddamn car.

 

Thanks for making me look at the sponsor more closely though - will be fun driving around with FUKARU written on the side

Yes I did, this will be an important car for my collection, I love the look of it and the real car has a very unique sound (in my opinion), I am hoping

they have put some effort into the engine for this one, could be a bit meh otherwise.

Not sure what's from the Mosler. Your F1 isn't a longtail, which is why it looks different. There's only 2 LTs in the world, IIRC, 1 race prep (FINA/BMW livery) and 1 roadgoing.

The Davidoff mclaren f1 1997 gtr (longtail) above is definitely a longtail. And there's more then 2 of them build as well.

Update: seems i was wrong, there's even more build of them, 10 1997 gtr lt racecars, 2 street legal versions marked as f1 gt's (same bodywork as the longtail) and one street legal prototype owned by mclaren.

 

The 1996 gtr was also longer at the front and back then the 1995 car, but not as long as the 1997 longtail.

 

As always R* car models have bits of different cars. See it this way for the price of one car you get a mosler, mclaren f1 lt and a saleen .

This is a silly comment. I think most everyone here can agree that one of the first things they'd after building a successful empire, criminal or otherwise, is buy a sh*t ton of nice cars... If their empire was successful enough, some would even race then competitively. Hell, I grind just so that I have the money to buy cars when they're released.

Hope not. I'd prefer a Deluxo if it looked like it does in VC. Then again, knowing how R* ruined the Kuruma and Windsor, anything is possible.

You're right, it doesn't fit at all with the story line our characters are following.. oh wait, there is no story line! New sh*t comes up and we just enjoy it. A new update doesn't have to fit into anything. Some people didn't even care for the CEO stuff but are looking forward to this update.

It also fits in because technically this is criminals doing street/track racing with their criminal money.

 

Besides in my view it all fits under Martin's first ever massage about blood sports between criminals and I'd imagine if Rockstar were thinking about

this that age old discussion about pink slip racing could be used in this update, bet your car on the race etc but I doubt they would go through with that

While that isn't a bad thing, and I know stunting on SA-MP has been around for ages... I just hope it doesn't flop.

We have non-contact modes already, since that many cars on a narrow track would just bounce off of each other and nothing would get done.

 

Lets see how it works out. I just hope my stolen internet connection is strong enough to view all this on the 12th...

I must be in the minority here... 5 garages, and only 3 of them are full. Everyone else seems to have little to no space at all.

 

Same here, only two are full, my main and my classic/muscle garage. My third and fourth garages has three to five slots left. While my fifth garage only has a lone Elegy RH8, lol.

we all know rockstar is awful at car sounds. Infact, they are awful with cars in general lol

 

 

The magic word here is "Imo". In YOUR opinion.

 

Yeah there are some ugly cars but they are minority. And dont forget that those are PARODY cars

 

As the game is.

 

I have a group of cars in every class that i love their design, sound, style needed to compete.

 

Supers : In tight corner tracks i use my T20 or my Turismo. In more quick tracks i use my Osiris or my 811. I love every single one of them. Other people love the FMJ or the Proto or the Zentorno or the Infernus.

 

Sports : Best category in the game imo. I use my 9F whenever i want to, usually in flat road tracks, just because i love everything in that car. How it sounds, how it looks, and the feeling when i rarely win with it all the common sports cars plus the fact that i have to be consistent with it to win or take a good placement. Others like the same way the Comet, or the V12. From top tier cars, and when i want better odds for win, Feltzer is love. That traction and those brakes. Others like the Massacro for its speed and bump absorve, the Jester for its traction or the Elegy for its weight. And now we have the 770.

 

Same goes for every other class. With less variety. And guess what. In four days we get more variety. That Obey and that Supra looks fantastic.

 

As for car sounds, have you heard the V12? The Massacro? The 811? The Proto? The Comet? The Adder? The Osiris? I can understand that imo fits again here. Me for example i dont like the FMJ or the T20 sound. But hating every single car's sound? No.
