BBHD
You have at first to create a character and join an online session, and you'll be able to play offline

MrTay
i don't have two files directory of the game Took place SweetFX And a commandline.txt Ignore the sweetFX one. Open notepad and add the line then save it as commandline.txt Drop it in the right GTA folder. It won't cause you a ban so don't worry about that. MrTay
Another option is to download the latest Social Club client manually and sign in that way - http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/gtav/Launcher_EFIGS/GTA_V_Launcher_1_0_505_2.exe
roy6126
And with Folder SweetFX?
MrTay
SweetFX is a mod file. If you intend to play online then you will probably end up with a ban. Good for offline i expect but i don't use it so i can't really comment on that.

MrTay
Ok, my last try at helping you - -Go to control panel-Network and internet-View network status and tasks-Choose the network you are connected to -Properties-Scroll down and double click either Internet Protocol Version 4 (TPC/IPv4) OR 6 (TPC/IPv6)(depending on which one you use)-Then make sure both IP adress and DNS server addresses are both checked for Obtain Automatically.
