Go into a solo session. Kill yourself, and before you respawn, restart gta and go back into a solo session. Go to the graveyard up in Pacific Bluff. Should be hearses there. If not, then kill yourself again and repeat the process.

By restart, do you mean close application, or go into single player and back?

Before I retire from the PS3 version of GTAO I am free to help anyone get a hearse, if you are still on the PS3 version, so that you won't have to turn to a wizard for one. My PSN is the same as my GTAForums name.
