What "My mother's my sister" means ?

In GTA III, there is a ped dialogue line "My mother's my sister". What is it means ? My English is not so good, but phrase looks simple, however I just can understad the sense of this phrase.

This phrase is very simple and it's not hard to understand - if your mother is also your sister, you father have to had rather peculiar feeling to his daughter. Like it is stated in R* answer posted by TalkingPear - it's a joke about inbred sexual relationships.
