This happened to me a week ago! It totally irked me!

 

I joined a heist on call, Pac Stand: Signal, and actually managed to stick with the same crew. We did the Convoy, Hack, and Bikes set-ups with only minor hiccups and made it through to the end. We're at the heist final cut screen and I'm about to message the Host that I don't need a cut and to give me 0.

But before I can do so, I see the Host change everyone's cut to 10%

So rather then enable this dude, I message him 20% on principle.

He messages back you're a high rank (I'm rank 273 on my main dude) so you've played this game longer and should have enough money

So I hold my ground on the 20% (what if I was broke?).

He then decries how he paid $100,000 to set up the heist and thus deserves 70% of the final cut.

Now I'm over here doing the math trying to explain how 70% is a gross imbalance even when you take into account the cost of the set up

He can't take it.

I ask him about the set-ups we did. There's four people on a team, we each played a role to get here. It's not like he did 70% of the work in all four setups before this.

He says there were three people before me who accepted 10% and there will be people after me who will do the same.

The seconds tick down to the mission launch, the host smugly changes nothing about the cuts

When I started a contact mission with three randoms the other day. One of them immediately pulled out a rocket launcher, blew up everyone's PVs and then quit the job.
