Seems strange... Almost like they're f*cking with us. Or they released it early and quickly removed it, as it seems the change log is very close together in number:

Why do people keep bringing up the casino? It's not as easy as they think. It'll never happen in GTA V O and it won't happen as long as R* sells Shark Cards. It's more than just a game when people start spending real money for virtual money, it's basically gambling. Some places have regulations and other won't allow it. It's a problem R* can easily avoid by not having a casino...

TL;DR - The chances of having a casino plummeted when R* started selling Shark Cards.

All we got this year so far is 3 awful adversary modes and 3 new cars. Gah.

I think these updates are just to past the time. they are probably working on something bigger in the meantime. Welll i hope so anyway.

September - December 2015 were some of the greatest months in GTA Online history. Second to that the summer of 2015 - The Ill Gotten Gains updates and the month of double Heists.

 

2016 is off to a horrible start for GTA Online.

R* has been making a bunch of mistakes lately so it wouldn't surprise me if they accidentally activated the DLC and then quickly corrected it.

 

I mean look at the cluster f* that happened last week on Friday. Not updating the tunables, extending the vs event until Tuesday then disabling it.

 

Maybe they have someone new they put in charge of these things and they have been messing up.

Are you sure you guys aren't just noticing more, watching like Hawks, because everyone is so eagerly anticipating an update? The store thing is weird though, do updates normally effect the store at all? Could this mean we might see the first paid DLC for online or story/online?

Aren't the Sabre GT from IV and the Sabre Turbo from V pretty much the same thing? You can visually make the Sabre a 1:1 to the IV version in LSC anyway.

 

You seem to be slightly mistaken. There were two versions of the Sabre in GTA IV. The standard Sabre and the Sabre GT. The difference is that the GT became the turbo in V and the standard Sabre was an 80s Monte Carlo SS.

It's clearly using LQ interior, first spot is the mirror. Eveh with replaced interior and HQ mesh, polycount is around 45k, so it's not matching with "leaked" screen.

Does the bobblhead on the dash, or the fact it says "also hide children" on the bottom left mean anything?

 

"Hide the children" means to unload the models under the parent file.
