So is the bike update thing legit or is it just made up? Was there any proof or signs? I remember that sh*t just popping up out of nowhwre.

 

There's definitely scripts (empty) that reference it, cba to dig them up but basically new CEO work with biker in the name (joust is the one I remember off the top of my head).

 

Yan separately claims that the Biker DLC is next, and delayed, so depending on their sources there's that too. Historically they're reliable enough to add that as more evidence imo.

True; and while the various NPCs body shapes, and clothing might be editable by R*, my ignorant guess it that somehow it may not be directly ready for us as the players?

 

Or R* could just be holding out on releasing it...you know, saving it for future "drip feed" release (carrot before the horse).

 

Sometimes I wonder how much content was/is "cut" (will never work in game for legal reasons, etc.--ditch it) vs. "reserved" (that's awesome--but not now; that'll be useful as bait for later DLCs or a GTA VI).

Don't make me laugh. You're not getting a trailer for a new GTA for another 2 years at least... They haven't released a new game since GTA 5, they aren't going to release 2 GTAs in a row. Rockstar's next game is not GTA.

they dont want to deal with the backlash...

 

they learned their lesson with the heist fiasco. they jumped the gun and announced the thing before it was ready only to announce atleast 2 delays.

 

they dont want to deal with that again, so they just announce when ready, code can be found for future releases and people can speculate, but no one can blame R* if that content is never released or delayed because officially they never announced said content.

 

they are just playing it smart!

Well the height i can understand, if people could I'm sure we'd have midget body builders running around in gta online. But the aiming with guns was brought up with height customization.

 

Yeah, there's always that guy who has to be oddjob;

 

I can only think of 1 multiplayer game off the top of my head that pulled off customizing height and body types.

 

City of heroes, however that was a mmo and NCSoft put that game to rest and recieved a lot of hate for doing that.

^^ Would be nice if R* just ditched the casino from in-game. It's been one of the biggest (and most annoying) speculation headaches since day one.

 

I must admit to a major sense of being trolled by R* when I see things in-game that could (and should) be used, but never will, such as:

 

Well, they were supposed to open the casino (the "Opening soon" banner was not just there to troll). They even had a lot of work done on the project as I heard, but they had to drop it for various reasons.

edit: Ok, gotta make this clear since it's not clear enough it seems. Some people obviously didn't get what I said.

 

These screenshots are fake!

 

 

It kinda goes to show that most people get so hyped they don't bother to look for facts, or in this case; read a bit further down, and just assume that whatever they're looking at is true. All I did was modded the PC version of the game and took the screenshot at 4K Ultra settings like R* does, and then slapped on the GTA Online logo. It's not hard to do.

 

People hungry for any info or leaks will eat up literally every kind of sh*t you feed them. They don't care about anything other than the leaks they want to hear. And when they get their leaks, they get hyped so much they still completely disregard everything else - the leaker and the logic especially - and spread it all like a wildfire because it's what they desperately want to hear and have. You could probably make a screenshot of the clubhouses, or Trevor murdering the bikers, put a GTAO logo on it and there would still be people who say x, y, and z, are confirmed because it looks official.

 

I wonder how many people saw the screenshots, got hyped, and didn't bother reading the rest where it's literally explained that it "leaked" from my screenshots folder and not R*.

 

 

For the curious, the contents of these screenshots are:

-Lycan Custom from IVPack

-Zombie rom IVPack

-Faggio from IVPack

-Street Sweeper from EFLC Weapons pack

-Online character helmet model replaced with Trevor's german helmet model

-Custom T-Shirt texture with The Lost MC Logo

-Online characters spawned and staged with a trainer

-Benny spawned and staged with a trainer

-Faggios spawned and customized with a trainer

 

 

The first two were just me screwing around, the third one was simply making fun of the entire biker crews fad, especially ones that take themselves far too seriously. If the screenshots with Benny's Faggio didn't make you stop and think "wait a minute, something isn't right here. they're fake!" then... I am kind of concerned. I guess? Though I can understand the confusion.

 

It was supposed to be a joke... which backfired hard since people don't read on or fail to understand what's going on. Part of it is my fault, but don't go grabbing pitchforks against me - after all you believed it and didn't bother to read & understand what I said and didn't use a logical explanation based on the third picture. And I did post it ALL in a spoiler tag, which you weren't told nor obligated to open. Normally I don't post leaks completely wrapped in spoiler tags.

 

 

And here are some hints if you want to take another look:

-Street Sweeper - an automatic shotgun with a massive rate of fire - being held with one hand... on a bike. He's either a badass with a strong arm or someone who's looking to get his hand broken.

-Double Barrel Shotgun - Clipping through the female character's hand. Professional screenshot right there.

-Supermod Faggios - If you don't get it then I have no hope.

-Text hints - "Some screenshots that got leaked... ...from my Screenshots folder. Hey, don't blame me, you opened the spoiler." What I'm saying is that the screenshots have leaked but not from R* or any other official or reliable source. Just my own, personal, screenshots folder where I have all the screenshots I took in this game. Then I said "Exclusive "leak" of the Biker DLC. Those hardcore GTA MC's are finally going to get what they dreamed of." Note the quotation marks on "leak" in the first part. The second part, as said, is making fun of biker crews. And if all my posts here afterwards, literally saying these are fake, didn't convince you...

That's correct. There are, for example, 13 variations of the same hand/glove models for females and 11 for males - each for different types of sleeves/tops (which is why you can get invisible arms if you glitch). Imagine the number if they also had preset body weights and heights. No clothing item has "physics" - it's all just different model variations to make it look like it fits what you're wearing.

 

They could add the same morphing feature, as the heads have, for the clothing items, but at this point it's too late, it would take a lot of time and effort, and it wasn't really needed to begin with.

so i see its still online content being pushed out rather than say SP content which is needed but very doubtful and i still dont give a **** as the content doesnt make me play online then again i still need to re finish since R* was nice enough to only allow you to take your online player and not sp.

That Lycan would be a nice addition, but we need more bikes with a reasonably sized front wheel. I can't stand it when they've got a fantastically fat back wheel, with a front wheel thinner than my wrist. If only the Hexer and Innovation swapped front wheels, or the Innovation had much better customisation...

Yeah.

 

Pipe Bomb would be a neat addition - cheaper but also slightly weaker alternative to Grenades. Street Sweeper is too similar to Assault Shotgun tbh so we probably won't ever get it.
