So what now? No biker dlc all of a sudden? So many diff speculations now its hard what to believe

It got held up by problems that Rockstar evidently didn't see coming (so I don't see how people expected Yan to be able to tell there'd be these problems, if even they themselves didn't). Not saying you did that at all, just letting out thoughts.

 

Seems like quite a while to not have anything though, so I'd guess (just a guess) they might improvise and put something small together for us before the biker dlc. That or they'll just see if double money/rp tides people over.

The biker update is now delayed due to problems on Rockstars end.

First time ever something that hasn't even been announced has been delayed.

Hmm, took a few days skim over a few pages after Mr. Shhhh dropped his hear say. Oddly enough, when my friends finally brought me to the dark side buying my copy, I heard about the Law and Order DLC along side the living luxury and F&F. None of them were detailed, but pieces of info for all 3 were tossed out to an ear to hear. Before that one gentlemen spoke about the F&F (not long before it dropped) explaining that DLC was basically done over a year prior, but tinkered and twisted until now. I have a feeling all of what Mr. miss cleo said is accurate. It all falls within the Choreographed dance R* has displayed over the last 8 months I've been playing. Maybe there will be slight twist and changes as time progresses, but I believe that will more than likely be the foundation of what's dropping for the future of online until 6 drops.

 

My curiosity is focused towards the ""Confirmed"" 6th property we are to get with the next bikers DLC.. Is this property going to merely be the ability to buy one of the already listed garages/apartments available? Will it be one single brand new property available to purchase amongst those we have already, or will it be a brand new property like the Eclipse towers (maybe like the one downtown that says commercial and living space coming soon) with multiple apartments to purchase?

Theres obviously no clear indication of the delay time from yans sources but look on the bright side rockstar are 100% working on it thats good enough for me

But the halloween stuff was in the lowriders dlc just had to be turned on in the tunable. It got turned on a weeks after the lowrider dlc came out on October 201th. like 11 days to halloween. Don't think they would do the next update at the end of September.

 

I'm thinking September 6th since it will be 56 days since cunning stunts. They released Executives and other criminals 56 days after lowriders. And those were both pretty big updates with major changes.

 

Wait how many Jock Cranley suits are there total. I know about the 4 out now. Is there a pink ,blue, and white one left? If so than I change my prediction to September 20th if that is the case and would be 70 days from the cunning stunts release date.

 

Notice how the red stunt suit released on the 19th of August and the silver one was on the 19th of July. Its a mystery lol

Why not? 2,5 between two big updates. Stunt in middle of July and Biker end of September.

Seem very realistic to me. Wouldn´t expect it earlier.

Just because WE do not have a date for the release, does not mean that THEY do not. They DO have things in the works, so if they planned to relase anything on x-day and turns out they'll need to wait until y-day, then it has been delayed.

Just that the 3 longest dlc times between updates was 92 days for heists. 69 days for freemode events. And finally 84 days for finance and felony.

 

Cunning stunts was a major update and came out 35 days after finance and felony which was a major update. Now we currently sit at 43 days since cunning stunts has come out. Based on the normal releases on Tuesday, September 6th would be 56 days, and september 20th would be 70 days. So basically from August 30th to Halloween is when something will come out. Even though I suspect there will be another update before a halloween update.

 

Wish R* could just give an update or 2 preview like finance and felony and cunning stunts. Lets people start speculating on what the update theme would be about instead of just straight up guessing on future updates.

 

Speculation can only go so far to get players exited. If they want to hype people up they gotta start showing future updates.

 

Gotta see what they are gonna do for an event week on Friday. Like 25% off another super car or another vehicle.

 

I do not know everything that happens. Most of what I say comes from past observations of what they did for updates in the past.

Well, for us it is not relevant what THEY have planned. For us, THEY didn't announce anything and any source sayings THEY had to delay it is unconfirmed until THEY say it was. Which THEY won't.

Well, for us it is not relevant what THEY have planned. For us, THEY didn't announce anything and any source sayings THEY had to delay it is unconfirmed until THEY say it was. Which THEY won't.Incorrect. This is the speculation thread, in other words, a thread to talk about the unknown, or based on traces of facts.

 

What they have planned or not planned or delayed is 100% relevant to this thread.

I don't quite understand this... First we were expecting the Biker DLC in August, but now it's been delayed we expect it to release much later, not because of how long the problem might delay it, but simply for convenience so they can lump in the Halloween stuff in with it? Na, i don't buy that. I doubt there'll be new Halloween stuff this year to begin with, since last years stuff was timed exclusive content and they can just re-release that, probably along with an Adversary Mode that's already hidden in the files. And if R* do have something planned for Halloween, i'm sure they already have something in mind to get it out that wouldn't have included lumping it in with a DLC two months prior (even if that has now been delayed), that makes no sense. I still trust yan since he's been right about pretty much everything, so i'll wait for his new verdict, if he should choose to deliver one.

lol GTA has never been game about cars. This game is based on everything. Rockstar never focused only on cars, to this Stunt Race DLC. This didn't add anything besides cars and new races. Also "Clues's in the title" GRAND THEFT Auto, that means it's about stealing cars, not buying sh*tload of cars and racing them. Buying in Online should only be addition to get cars faster, but you still should be able to find and store cars you find on streets. They f*cked up here a little.

lol GTA has never been game about cars. This game is based on everything. Rockstar never focused only on cars, to this Stunt Race DLC. This didn't add anything besides cars and new races. Also "Clues's in the title" GRAND THEFT Auto, that means it's about stealing cars, not buying sh*tload of cars and racing them. Buying in Online should only be addition to get cars faster, but you still should be able to find and store cars you find on streets. They f*cked up here a little.

 

Bro it's GTA Online... it's not the story mode for sure and GTA Online is about whatever you want it to be about, most of the community does like the fact you get your own houses and cars. Much like an mmorpg... But even on story mode you still rob banks and sell drugs. That's not Grand Theft Auto either....

 

I for one, still play races all the damn time. For some reason, when i play a stunt race and i get first 75% of the time. I don't know why, it just happened as soon as i started playing them. So I can understand why people don't like to race on here cause i know everyone can't just do that; but give everyone else who actually likes GTA racing a break. Keep submitting ideas on here and make a ticket to Rockstar about what you want; don't deprive us, and bitch at us cause we like racing.

Two months without a DLC? I don't see that happening tbh... And if the Biker DLC was indeed delayed to October, i'm quite sure they will release a small DLC (similar to the Sultan RS/Banshee 900R one). They probably know that these Double GTA$ & RP weeks don't really work as DLC fillers by now.

^ They know exactly how well the discounts drive SC sales, unlike us.

 

They finalised FAFF and CS in June (and announced 'coming weeks and months') so I'd expect another announcement in early Sept, ie 3m later.
