Honestly just looks like lucky guess-work to me, considering roughly half of it isn't accurate, and the stuff about different roles in Heists could have been guessed by anyone, considering that's how they work in SP.

 

Obviously Online would have it's own activities and missions to complete, that didn't take a genius to work out.

 

People working in different roles in Heists is also obvious, they'd work similar to SP. You don't compete with other crews with "their own agenda".

 

You can't play as a cop. You can't interfere or interrupt another players Heist or mission.

 

You don't have Gang Hideouts.

 

The only thing that was close to being accurate was "freeroam activities", and even then, I'm fairly sure people weren't hoping that every single thing to be done in Online was behind a loading screen.

Weird... his 2013 post was about the beta version of GTA Online. The one with the Vagos, bikers and cops

 

but the online mode was showed later as the one we all know, i guess he was kind of right back in 2013

San Fierro and Las Ventures were built alongside Los santos way back in the early development stages of GTAV, Scrapped on PS3/Xbox for obvious reasons!!

After more then 3 years of re building for PS4/XBO/PC,

Both are still being worked on with a release target of October 2018!

 

Single player DLC has been replaced with Online Map expansion model!

Mainly due to the unforeseen success of micro transactions and GTA online in general!

 

Liberty City will be released September 2017..

The DLC will included

 

A Open ticket (for city slickers) to Liberty City!

 

A Open ticket (for Snow Blowers) to North Yankton!

 

EXCLUSIVE VIP Membership (for High rollers) which grants Exclusive access to THE CASINO in Los Santos!

 

Pre Order Bonus of 1 million GTA Casino chips for pre order!!

 

Micro transactions can NOT buy GTA CASINO CHIPS!

 

Liberty City, North Yankton and the Los Santos Casino scheduled together to keep player migration relatively balanced!!

 

Liberty City will enable you to trade on the stock market, once a Office has been *Purchased! Similar to the current crate set up!

 

Both DLC's will be priced equivalent to a full game!!

 

I've posted on this forum twice!

(Not including this post)

one was BEFORE the release of GTAV back in 2013 (Check back and have a careful read, compare it to what we have today) and one post was yesterday (2016)

 

Most if not everything mentioned in that 2013 post has been implemented or reworked into the current GTA Online we have today, from the old mission set up format, to individual heist roles, to the current free mode events!

 

With the Next four Updates to come, GTA Online will have utilised most if not all the work that went into GTAV such as animals, police vehicles, Stock Market, Blaine County etc..

Can't say much more, there on to me..... Speculating can get you in to a lot trouble.. lol

Of course you shouldn't go around saying HEY THIS GUY CONFIRMED ALL THE FUTURE CONTENT FROM ROCKSTAR but yeah there is a small chance at least 1 or 2 things could become real, remember how people made fun of dragoon? he was right after a few months

The reason I find it odd is because his posts were 3 years apart...and he is leaking info both times. I find that odd in a good way.

 

I want to believe he is legit. My gut told me initially he was legit.

 

The one reason I doubt him is because he literally just listed every single thing I want in the game. From animals to casino to stock market to map expansions...to free mode cop missions. Thats insane.

 

I also find his post odd because he mentions the casino...and he states you wont be able to use micro transactions to gamble. I find that strange he mentioned that.

 

He also acknowledged the biker dlc..which again i find odd in a good way.

 

All of those DLC's I could see being real. None of them seem too farfetched.

 

The map expansions had me a little confused...but the DLC's he mentioned seemed based in reality. Law and Order especially. I think the names could be way off.

I'm talking about it with my mate, we said if we get any of the DLCs he has mentioned after the biker update then we can kinda start to begin believing him.

Allow me to explain my thinking. See, I'm reading between the lines. Assuming this person only knew part of the whole picture to come, and only knew it before stuff was finalized.




Multiplayer will be more like single-player.

Activities will be all open, and also there will be missions like in single-player, although they will be their own unique story heists set up for people to team up and take down.

Some missions, players will be split up and each person has their different roles to play in the set-up, when certain missions go down, you will be competing with other crews who are working on their own agenda.

^Heist set up/roles was true. Versus missions are a thing and so are crew challenges.

Also some players will be able to choose to play as cops like in GTA IV, and they have to stop the heists and gang wars and various missions from happening.

^You can be cops in one heist setup mission. Also Entourage is literally Cops n crooks without the outfits

You will also have your own gang-hideouts, which other players will try to take over whenever they want, and you will have to defend them, a bit like turf wars.

^CEO offices are hideouts. NPCs can raid warehouses. (that is a stretch)

Other modes like Mafiya Wars will also be fully integrated in to the free roam, where players can choose to compete or just not bother.. there will be Land Grab and Most Wanted type features similar to Red Dead Redemption but expanded.

^Freemode Events- King of the hill and collecting bounties.





Now I'm not saying this was legit at all, or his post now, but I am just saying something is weird about this guy and his posts.

The thing that has me thinking real hard is when he states that Rockstar gave up a story mode DLC when they saw how succesful Micro transactions were and focused on map expansions. I know anyone coulda made that up but all of it together makes me think its real. There was also that dude on youtube who posted stuff on his account and a ton of people dismissed him cause he had a fake looking picture but some of his stuff looked very authentic. One of the ones in particular looked like a in game website of a new custom shop in san fierro...but you could tell it was made by the same people who make the in game website in gta...and he had a picture of a car in a garage with the in game menu...and if I take both of them together on face value...I get excited...but another part of me says hold up its too good to be true.

only two of about 5 things mentioned did somehow happen - 2 years later.

freeroam missions aka CEO/VIP - yes, police - no, gang hideouts - no, "mafia wars" - yes-maybe, all open activities - no...

 

really hope i am wrong but it sounds more like a wishlist than a leak.

but an awesome wishlist. if everything on this list came true GTAO would reach a new level

Pretty sure Dragoon's was the biggest leak. Would be the biggest since Dragoon included a ton of vehicle photos along with information.

See, I don't keep all my eggs in one basket. Yes, I do trust my source very much, but I realise that leakers don't know everything, as a matter of fact, usually they only know very little.

 

I keep an open mind, people are wrong all the time, but sometimes sh*t ends up more correct than you thought.

 

I never believe or disbelieve anything 100%, ever.

Gonna play the pessimist here. Major doubts to a majority of this being real. It just doesn't seem plausible. He'd have to be an employee to have access to this much information, if stuff like this isn't already in the game files. And if it is already buried in there, it's kind of damning that they'd premake all this stuff, and essentially keep such massive parts of the game locked away just to milk the player base.

Well, see Dragoon backed his leaks with pictures and a video. He literally showed us what we were getting, including the yachts which were unbelievable at the time.

 

This guy on ther other hand, even if he is right, could very well just be guessing. Naming off some of the top requested updates with a little blurb and appoximate dates isn't really leaking anything tbh. Could just be lucky guesses.

Dragoon actually posted stuff, though. Actual vehicle models, the yacht webpages, polo shirts, etc. This guy has. . . a list of all of the most popular requests. I'm not putting any faith in it until I actually see something.

One thing I've wondered regarding the sources is what part of Rockstar they're getting their information from. It could be Rockstar North and Rockstar Leeds are booth simultaneously working on something big for GTA:Online.

 

North could be making North Yankton. They basically have to make a new map, since the current one is depicting 2004 and 2013 locations. Plus it could easily have a story dlc. I highly doubt no one noticed Michael or Trevor during their little trip. Or wondered why someone dug up the grave. Dave could receive a call regarding their little trip and Michael and/or Trevor

(depending on who lives)

will have to go clean up their mess.

 

Meanwhile Leeds could be making Liberty City. They'd essentially give IV's map the same treatment they gave III/Vice City when making the Stories games. (Opposed to being limited by the DS and doing a top down version of IV's map.)

 

That could explain why the sources are conflicting, becuase they might not see the bigger picture. Without knowing what the other studio is working on it could be easy to say the other source is wrong. Even though both could be correct.
