Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 1)

Cunning Stunts had no legs for you? That says something for a car person.

 

I figured after the newness wore off and the trolling set in - Cunning Stunts would not be a long-term winner right up with the Flight School Update in terms of long term playability and appeal.

 

Seems a lot of GTA:O content after a week a large amount lose interest. Is that because of sh*tty cash card bait, forced restrictions or just poor content that has the shelf life of a line of cocaine?

Eh, haven't played GTA Online for a week already... Sadly, this game is getting really boring lately, thanks also to Rockstar making things so expensive with the latest DLCs. And I highly doubt this biker DLC is going to be any cheaper. I guess it really is time to move on other games.

I returned to gran turismo 6.

The property cap and car classes being unbalanced...i do not want to deal with that sh*t for atleast a while now

 

 

as much as the car customisations on gtao far outweight those on gt6, the balance is better on gt6, the grind for money is more fun on gt6 and i do not have to sell sh*t since there is pretty much no cap on what i can own...and if there is, i never noticed it

 

further, if you are interested in some more b & m:

 

 

also overall i am really disapointed by the fact the super class was broken and the trend seems that they will deliberatly break every class untill racing in each class will actually be not affordable by anyone who is not atleast level 100 and does not buy anything else

really:

suv class, from a baller of the street to a goddamn pricy vehicle costing 100 k's

super class: from about a 800 k investment to something in the milions

offroad class: from some cheap dirthbike from the street to an other thing costing 100 000's

...

also in some ocassions they did the same dirthy trick several times per class, the suv class being the best example

 

overall they are not balancing sh*t, they are purposfully testing how far people are gonna go to be competitive and are pretty much milking this game

i am just waiting for them to break the sport class and the bike class....and since there is rumor of a biker dlc, i doubt its gonna take long to do so

also there is nothing wrong with implementing expensive sh*t thats just a tad better, like they did with the super class btw, that actually made it interesting

but yea, they are really pushing it

combine that with the fact the property cap just has been bothering me more and more with every update and the game is in fact getting old, i hope i can leave this game how it is(files deleted from my pc) and come back to it after they shoved the last update into the game and hope the end result is not overly broken.(or raised the property cap or the second coming of heists or something like that i doubt will happen soon sadley enough.

yes - fun found codes named like "xxx-biker-xxxx" in the ceo files and yan said biker + 6th garage probably coming in august...

if i remember correctly ...

hope so much they are right and we get it confirmed via newswire soon.

Nr. 1 on my wishlist since I started GTA V for the first time (PS3 release) and realized there were only 2 choppers ...

 

Innovation was a great addition but in october it's 2 years without a new chopper ...

What are the chances of new bikes having a multitude of mods? The reason I have three baggers is because you can mod them enough to look completely different, at least at first glance. This doesn't really happen for most other vehicles in the game. Even the crazy lowriders can be pretty much pegged right off.

 

 

In all honesty I'd rather see a few bikes with tons of mods than another 12 Innovations.

Ideally,we'll get a bunch of bikes with tons of mods.Hopefully also more mods for current bikes.That last sentence is too ideal for R*. But being able to put new wheels on OR tires and OR tires on current street wheels would be perfect for me. I've got my own ghetto hill climber.

Are there no new discounted items this week? Usually we'd have seen a Newswire post by now listing what vehicles/weapons/whatever are for sale. Was hoping they might hint at when to expect the next DLC too, especially if the rumors turn out to be true and we're getting something this month.

I remember that the customisable at benny's rat truck was supposed to be added with the lowriders part 2 update but then it was scrapped. Maybe it will come in the biker dlc, i think it suits the theme of bikers quite well, it could be used to transport bikes

No, that is false. The Rat Truck was not accurate information. It was never coming. There was some confusion involving the Slamvan and it's rusty liveries. It is in reality, a "rat truck", and that is where there was a miscommunication.

 

Rat Truck was never coming to Benny's, it always was the Slamvan.

 

*that is my understanding of what happened.

Not surprising, really--other than looks (and being a money sponge), they offer nothing new or unique to game play.

 

Part of why vehicles like the Vortex and Sea Sparrow stand to be pretty popular if ever added to GTA Online (granted the Dodo also floats, but its usage is a bit more limited than the Sea Sparrow).
