Some info on the Power Play Adversary Mode pickups and their effects.

 

Doped: Will cause the opponent to be doped. They will have a filter that will make it hard to see and aim once picked up.

 

Zoned: Will enable slow motion for all teams once picked up.

 

Raging: Somewhat similar effects to Bull-shark Testosterone. Increased Health and Damage once picked up.

 

Flipped: Camera controls for the opponent will be inverted once picked up.

 

Dark: Will hide the blips of your team once picked up.

 

Beasted: Will turn you into the Beast once picked up.

 

Random: Randomizes one of the effects above.

 

Every pickup will last a certain amount of time. Only one pickup can be active for one team at the same time. A new hud element placed at the top center will show what pickup is active for what team.

 

There also seem to be two pickups that are either leftovers from a beta version of Power Play or they might even be completely unrelated:

 

Slow Time: Does nothing. Probably supposed to be similar to the effects of "Zoned".

 

Thermal Vision: Enables Thermal Vision for the team that picked it up.

Thanks for the info! Now all those audio files make more sense. This sounds like a fun mode, hope many people play it.

 

Now I'm just speculating here, but maybe we will get to use the railgun in this mode?

There was nothing found in regards to the Stunt Update in the files. No props or anything like that.

Actually they have added 4 hidden categories to the "Props" section in Creator mode.

That's the only thing found regarding the Stunt update, I might find more.

Not to mention the two unknown adversary modes which could be coming with the Stunt update.

I'm not talking about Trade Places and Power Play.

 

 

Would one of those categories happen to be "tubes", or something like that?

After we got the Rumpo3 known as Rumpo Custom I think it's time for Baller Classic and Custom.

I want the compacts to be turned into high powered rally x cars. Liveries and all.

 

 

And stunt car that looks like a low slung SSC Tartura with a mid mounted v8 with a mean growl and exceptional acceleration, one seat, roll cage, KERS, a body so light it's nearly a 900kg and an obvious lack in interior.

 

This car can be put in a class called

 

X-class or Class-X

The X80 is the closest we'll ever get to an SSC Tuatara.

I found all the icons for that, but, what about the "ball". Do you have some info about it?

I still think these cars will be released at the end of this month/next month 1 by 1. And that CS wont come before the end of July or early August.

 

I got a feeling R* set a new trend with adding locked content in every new DLC to give a little extra in between DLCs like they did with the Tornado, Sabre T and Minivan.

Lot of Adversary Modes are actually pretty good, but it requires playing with people who won't all switch to one team and make it unbalanced, or people who ragequit because they can't take losing a round or two. That's usually what makes Adversary Modes so bad

This, one of the mains reason this game failed so badly was because of Rockstar poor planning, all the missions paid so low add that with the loading screens and being stuck up in the clouds and the constant disconnects people just ended up fed up with the bs of the game and just stopped playing any sort of missions or activities. yup... Rockstar played themselves.

These must be the beta pickups. Only Thermal Vision and the Extra Time (Time Stop) actually use those models. The real icons use a round white circle with the symbol in the middle and a colored outer glow that kinda looks like a pickup from GTA:VC.I think the ball was supposed to be used in Inch-by-Inch but was replaced by a simple capture briefcase.

 

Edit: You can find the real models in \Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday10ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\generic\icons5.rpf\

They'll appear yellow in OpenIV but they don't look like that in-game.

If adversary modes paid 10-20k per round, I think we know they'd be popular.

Well cunning stunts is as possible as a part 2 of finance and felony at july 4th.

They said it will come, but they did not say it comes as next dlc after finance and felony.

And there is no need for a dlc at july 4th, because the independence day stuff is already in the game. They just have to enable it for the people who did not bought it already.
