Im Not hating but i have to say this. That super looks ridiculous, I get the concept they are trying to make. But the overall shape of the vehicle looks a bit what a up and coming vehicle designer would create.- Just my two cents.

As much as some people would (understandably) hate the idea, I think a few more military vehicles is a way of sorting that lol. We just need a few that can actually bring some balance to stuff. Some serious anti-air vehicles, and a helicopter that can truly take on jets.

 

 

You'd get killed a little by the new stuff, but at least it wouldn't just dive bomb you 50 times in a row.

We need far fewer military vehicles, to be honest. GTA used to be about low to mid-level street crime, and criminals don't deploy military jets, APCs and tanks on the streets. Nor do they commonly run around with RPGs, sticky bombs, anti-materièl rifles and G36cs. I really miss the days when loading up a regular helicopter or a car with people and shooting out of it as a group was viable, and if you wanted to take a regular car down, there were many fun and defensible ways to do it. That's why I hold out a forlorn hope that whatever they're planning comes with some proper controls or isn't Free Roam, otherwise it's not something that will get me to lift my permanent Passive block.

 

Unfortunately (for me at least), military vehicles are not going anywhere, they may nerf them, but they will remain, i hate them because they break the balance, but a lot of people seem to enjoy them

More military stuff? Nah, at least not for now. I knoooow you really want that Hunter (don't take me wrong, it looks really cool tbh) but there's plenty of military stuff already in-game. Updates should be, imo, diverse enough to avoid hitting that extreme of Benny's where it was all about lowriders and people who didn't enjoyed them that much, or were expecting something different, just had new customizations for the cars. Pretty much - going for different genres and eventually maybe presenting us with more of the same at some point later on.

 

Plus, I also agree with Azarael, the game was never focused specially on military fighting, and I think Online is the GTA title with the biggest ammount of military stuff. I think there should be a proportion for everything, and not just throwing up themes people want and ending up with a nonsense of a game.

Yeah, but the game was never focused on player versus player fighting of any kind, and there wasn't dlc before.

 

There hasn't been a single GTA without some kind of military vehicle, so they are a part of the game. Don't have to like them, and of course you're entitled to not want more of them/want less of them, but they're not something new.

They are. They just don't compete with any of the faster cars though...hopefully this one WILL.

For everyone asking for a double cash on heists...you do realize that Rockstar is fully aware of the Pac Standard glitch right? Under NO circumstance in its current form will they EVER allow that particular heist to be double anything...in short, unless they omit Pac Standard, there will be no double heists until that sh*t is fixed...

You do realize last summer we had double heists the entire summer? We had all of them including Pac Standard.

 

I promise you, the number of people playing it normally greatly outnumbers those who are doing any glitch.

The double cash and RP happened prior to the existence (knowledge) of the glitch. You can promise all day long that people are playing it "normally" but I haven't been in one Pac Standard finale (with randoms) without someone trying to explain the glitches (yes more than one) to the group. It's a broken heist now (not sure which update broke it) and there's no way Rockstar gives us double cash for it. A decent team of people could make millions upon millions in no time at all as is with the current state it's in.

 

I'd be very surprised if Pac Standard wasn't tweaked (fixed) with the release of the next update...only then can you expect x2 on heists.

 

 

The only one which can be labeled as a major glitch is the "rinse and repeat" (the finale) one. The Kuruma getaway is not a glitch, just a tip. And is the only thing that randoms talk about in Pac Standard. Most of them don't know or don't have a crew to exploit the glitch.

 

Some people are exploiting the heist, but not a majority, by far. R* should fix the glitch but doesn't have to worry too much about that.

I'm not saying there shouldn't be any military stuff in game, I'm just saying it should be kept in proportion. Most titles (at least talking for the one I played the most - San Andreas) have a very noticeable military variant, and it's awesome, but it doesn't mean they should put in game a lot more stuff from that theme. It's fini as it is, not to say maybe there's already too much of it.

A Comet Classic, a Cheetah Classic and an Infernus Classic would make this the greatest DLC ever hands down

Absolutely excellent, really pleased. Finally, a new major GTA online update that fits in exactly with my style of play.

In the meantime, we've got another week of grinding cash to make sure our bank balances are fully loaded when the DLC hits. Double GTA$ all weekend on races, and 75% off Lester services, so we should be able to set bounties on people AND make a profit. Nice.

The new car surely doesn't reuse an old interior, espacialy not the one from the Banshee. Furthermore it doesn't use engine sounds recycled from other cars in the game.

 

And it's not gonna be just a little bit faster than the T-20 in order to appeal to all 12-Year olds who allways want to drive the fastest cars and would buy Shark Cards in order to afford them.

 

You know Rockstar.....

I still say they should allow us to have a team of two: One driving the truck which consists of you smuggling the drugs/etc, the other person is inside truck in case someone manages to open the back of the truck.

While the other two are air support or ground team and if you deliver it you can earn 75-100K money or less if you lost certain amount of goods to A. bad driving B. Losing stuff on the way.

I don't think that new Reaper will be to expensive.

 

I think it's clearly a Lambo Hurracan-base.. Wich will simply be a more modern look the the already existing Vacca.

 

Similar speed/hp and maybe not to much more exoensive..

 

Think about it like the old and new Baller, or the Cheetah and the Turismo R..

Sharkcards are there just for that purpose for people who got no patient to grind. Money in this game is easy to make. Micro-transactions in other games are bigger joke than sharkcards and you know it.

But lets get back to topic since this is about the dlc and not sharkcards, lol.
