I mean they HAVE to cater to those they marketed IGG and High Life too in the past. Might as well do it again.

Well at least a super car might actually be a new car.

 

And while I'm more into helicopters than cars, my contract with jdv95 binds me to supporting a new super car.

i rather R* spam the sh*t out of "NEW" super cars in updates than just giving us the same type of cars at benny that are lowrider orientaed. they should have just had a diverse label of cars that are just lowrider customs but Tuner Customs like they did with the January 2016 update featuring the Banshee and Sultan to Benny's. for an example each car update should feature something like 3 tuner vehicles w/ 3 Lowrider Vehicles at Benny's. or 3 bikes w/ 2 Tuner vehicles at Benny's.

We might receive an announcement later on, who knows? Rockstar have already announced things later than usual, twice. Friday has potential. If not tomorrow or later on, it maybe a surprise update or even no update at all. However, If we are expecting a big update, they tend to have announcements (trailers) beforehand. These are just random guesses because recently there is no predicting when it comes to Rockstar, all we can do is wait.

Well i mean to saying image macros are stupid is solely based on opinion and not fact as some may view it as a way to bring humor into the social aspect of the web such as forums. Also can you send me a link of a forum rule discussing this so i know? Thanks.

 

On-Topic: hopefully Funmw2 or Yan can dig up something about the next DLC. its times like this i wish dragoon was around to throw us a hint.

I'm 90% sure Dragoon got busted by T2/R* for the big leak he did, chances are if he try's something like that again T2/R* might press charges and have him/her thrown right the f*ck in jail. I'm sure he got P.Is sent to his house for that big leak too, like how the leader of FiveM did.

A lot of us would turn around an slob on Benny's knob for Elegy or Comet racers. I believe it's the man's choice of "custom" vehicles (there is nothing TRUELY CUSTOM about them. The RS and 900r? Now those were customizable.. Edited April 28, 2016 by AUScowboy

It's not new, it's from 2014. So they've obviously been working on this story mode DLC for quite some time. And i'm pretty sure that they are working on a story DLC because otherwise they wouldn't of said 'some very exciting story mode DLC and much more', I wait with anticipation.

That was however, before their lead The Benz was lured out of the company, since 2015, most of their staff has been transferred to Online staff, especially in Missions and tools departments. [source: LinkedIn]

Current State:

 

 

Next Update:

- In and Out Adversary Mode

- 3rd May

- maintanance may have been a preperation

- may contain new VIP features

- there is still potential for it being a big expanded Update if it is announced tomorrow.(since E&OC was also announced only 5 days in advance)

 

Story Mode DLC:

- was announced in 2014 inside of a Newswire post

- since then no mention of it

- Most of R*s internal staff was transferred to Online Mode, indicating Story DLC was cancelled.[source: LinkedIn]

 

Rockstars E3 presence:

- unlikely, only their subsidary 2K is featured with two major releases allready

 

 

 

Now lets think about this for a second. They keep on releasing updates for GTA Online. Eventually, there is a point where this will stop because of a new GTA or just a new Rockstar game. Its quite possible that this E3 thing will be the announcement of the final blow out. If I remember correctly, I remember Take Two being at E3 when The Ballad of Gay Tony was supposed to release in the following October. I remember seeing a picture a TV at a convention and the TV showed Luis skydiving over Algonquin. I believe this was right when TBOGT was announced.

 

I have a feeling inside of me that the final update to the game will be a DLC which contains the single player DLC we have been waiting for, as well as an update for Online. I believe that the final update for the game will be a large one. I feel that if it adds story missions, it may be a paid DLC for SP. I don't know if the Online portion would be free or not. Its possible that people who pay for the SP DLC will be authorized to buy some of the vehicles it contains in Online.

 

Though, they do need to do it so the MP doesn't get split up for the DLC like it did in GTA IV, where we had the original multiplayer, then one for TLAD, and another for EFLC. Also, if I remember correctly, TLAD's multiplayer got split between those who had the DLC and those who had the EFLC disk on the Xbox 360. Not sure about PS3. Regardless, the splitting multiplayer is something Rockstar would want to avoid doing with GTA V. If I remember correctly, they didn't split it in Red Dead Redemption when Undead Nightmare came out.

 

Anyways, its Take Two that will be at E3. They will probably be releasing info about Mafia III, content for GTA V, and possibly the next release from Rockstar. (What ever happened to Agent?)

I agree. Other than the 900R / RS we haven't had a Super added since last July. It's time.

 

Before anyone says "NO WE NEED BIKER DLC NO MORE SUPERS" I've given my opinion and logical input, so if you disagree that's nice but I'm sticking by my statement that we need more high-performance 5-wheeled vehicles.

If history repeats itself, that means a substantial update is just right around the corner.

I have the feeling we'll get to know something about the next DLC only the day before it gets released. About Benny's: I wouldn't mind more vehicles being avaiable for modifications actually, as long as they aren't Lowriders/Donks.

I approve of this. I want to store my cop car, but I can't because of R*'s logic.

 

Lowriders are just the same vehicles with more upgrades, so why are they still releasing them?

May 3rd update isn't something "concrete" per se, but Yan has said that's when the In and Out AM will drop, and Fun stated the only way for it to be enabled in game is through a proper update, not just tunables. So between two known and trusted leakers, it's a good bet there'll be something on May 3rd

i had my police suv on the slot 10 of my del perro garage, it was a sad day when after an update it was gone, blacklisted...

 

i thought it was a glitch and that after a few patches ill be able to store it again, but then i learned about the anti-fun policy.

 

heck i remember when they blacklisted the ratloader for a few months, then made available for everyone to buy.

last month yan' source gave him a schedule of the upcoming updates, it mentioned the 1 car per week thing they did with the sabre, minivan and the tornado and it mentioned that "in and out" adversary mode was coming on may 3rd.

 

since his source was right about the release of the cars, chances are its right about the in and out thing for next week.

That might mean R*'s changed approach for update releases this year, like how they're playing around with new approaches like drip-feeding content (see the last three lowriders).

Rockstar didn't release a big update yet in 2016 its kind of a new thing that they are doing week event from friday to thursday. I think it would be weird if they release a trailer during a week event. Would make more sense to wait for the event to end and then announce it on friday. We'll see tomorrow.
