Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 1)

Its a good game, by far the game I played the most hours, but I'm at the point where I need something more then recycled cars to makes me put my GTA 5 disk back in my xbox. I hope we get something in may, if not in june we will probably see whats ups with rockstar at the E3 (I hope).

In and Out is the leaked Adversary Mode,

this Adversary Mode, according to funmw2 needs an update to be activated.

So we can assume that the next update will drop on May 3rd along with the "In and Out" Adversary Mode.

The last time they had maintenance, they had a huge banwave. I'm expecting we'll see dozens of modders banned.

Maybe this maintenance will also fix some of the bugs in contact missions...

For example, the helicopters in 'Defender' either don't take off until you fly close to them (instead of automatically), or sometimes even explode as soon as you meet with the contact at LSIA - and with 'Extradition', the Titan takes off, starts to bank to the right, and freezes in mid-air...

Hah, you act as if GTA Online has almost no players and is close to dieng.. but sorry to crush uour fantasy, but GTA Online has 1.2 Million active players on PC alone...

 

Also I hope these f*cking cheaters and money glitchers get banned permanantly.

I like Adv Modes, but nobody plays them. I would happily enjoy an update based on them. After all, LTS was hardly played before the LTS update, and now it's easy to find a match most of the time.

 

What would they do though (apart from obvious adv modes) in the update? Give more beast and slasher clothing for sale? Add more weapons for beast and slasher?

I would literally kill for that unused blue dropzone helmet. ;-;

This maintenance was going to come sooner than later. There has been an endless amount of issues with GTA Online. I'm hoping they don't fix one certain thing, but no denying the patch notes are going to be very long. It would also seem like a plausible approach if they were to update the game soon. 5 hours isn't really a lot of time but let us hope we can see and feel a difference in GTA Online or whatever they plan on changing.

If it is a banwave, I hope it bans those xl lamegamertag lx dudes. I'm a good player, but everytime I encounter one of these dudes I can't touch them and when I do land shots, they always kill me first. Seriously, they cheat somehow. I know all the little intricacies of GTA and what they do is not legitimate. I can usually tell if a player is legitimately better than me. I usually outplay most people I encounter in freemode. I have had competitive match ups against some of the better crews like HII Power, DIRTY and N9NE. I avoid the xl lamegame lx dudes, because there is no point. The other day I was using bst and xl execution lx was somehow still kicking my ass without bst! I landed two headshots with the heavy several times and dude would not die! Seriously wtf?

When I was loading into GTA SP I saw a screen that said they're updating the servers for 5 hours tonight… What could they be adding that would require 5 hours of downtime? I'm hoping for Liberty City or at least Casino DLC sometime soon.

The Lowrider Custom Classic update had alot of patch notes & presumable fixed last month . One reason for this upcoming maintenance is preparing for a big update...wishful thinking, I know.

II honestly hope they do have a banwave with lots of patch notes more so than Casino or Liberty City DLC. Really tired of seeing level 1000+ rolling around in a tank with 20+ K/D's. LIke you couldn't be more trash! Also, hope they fix the damn invisibility glitch, also tired of snipers being only floating heads… Hope they close some of the most over used wall breaches too, I don't see many using them these days, but still a bit of a problem in freeroam. Aside from those patches, I can only speculate that whatever they're doing is going to have a big impact on gameplay.
