I feel like people hate on these new cars simply because its the trendy thing to do.

I hate on them because I'm not interested in them.

 

I am interested in:

 

PvE content

 

New flying armed vehicles

 

A few other bits and bobs.

 

Same here. R* simply only adds more worthless crap only a couple of people like.

 

Who wants donks? Pretty much only the 420 Cannabis community who like being high 24/7.

Lowriders? Well, you see more Panto's online then lowriders, thats how much the community likes them.

we don't hate them because it's trendy.the day lowriders 1 was anounced we all had our panties wet of exitement,same with the "tuner update" when it just got released out of the blue. the thing is that these days lowriders and benny is all what we got. not saying we should get new stuff all the time but the way they handle it kinda looks like milking them. the release pattern of lowriders 2 is not the best way to handle it. if it was a all new car that you also could make a lowrider or donk or whatever then it could be more forgiving. but it's just cars that are already ingame that are now being dragged out. i get that they are working on something big,but that doesn't mean that rockstar should be praised for releasing those lowriders like they are milking a cow. this is apparent with the fact that the sabre is marketed as a lowrider instead of a resto mod. same with the minivan,that wasn't really a car that was on the top list of having a benny treatment now was it? and all this is being dragged out trough the whole month of april. again seems like they are milking them. it would be better if they just enable those special crates again with a double cash on the free roam events or something. you know actuall gameplay stuff. how many times people have to say that disliking something in not hating the game or rockstar. when you have a mindset that says that critism is hatred or trendy then you are close to acting like a fanboy. that term comes to mind for some people who praise everything rockstar does and hate critism. that is what's wrong with this forum,people can't take critism or can't take a joke. and then blame the people for calling them fanboys and other names. sure you have real haters but those don't last that long around here. so why are "fanboys" who insult people that have critism towards something still around? you tell me moderaters.

I just said that the game was so and so, felt like COD, etc. I just give them kudos for at least getting dedicated servers up, even in the beta.

I personally like the new DOOM having played the beta and will be playing it again this weekend, I do not believe those guns are over sized and I believe the taunts/glory kills are

a nice bit of humour, okay they slow down gameplay but this is modern day gamers they are trying to attract to the game who have been brought up on the mentioned games.

 

I'm going to be doing some play of the orignal on my PS3 over the weekend as well just to see how the two compare.

Personally I like lowriders, but they are milking them out and it's getting old. So I can understand the frustration.

 

At least try to understand. Assuming that people are complaining because it's "the" cool thing to do, supposedly, is probably one of the dumbest, most ignoramus and laziest mentalities you can have.

 

And there is a time and place for that. And guess what? It ain't now and it damn sure ain't here.

Ok this is the last I'll say about doom (so as to not be off topic), but it just didn't ring my bell.

 

The characters were so weak, which led to people respawning all over the place, which led to plenty of spawnkilling. This in turn led to more of that, and it turned into a twisted COD-style match of everyone running around, blasting a few people, then dying in the blink of an eye.

 

It just felt like a Doom-themed COD to me, but that's just me.

Cliched, but I'd like to see some sort of street racing DLC that provides all-new performance modifications (come on, who doesn't want the Tampa's supercharger whine tranferred over to other vehicles?) along with a set of actual drag slicks. In my opinion, the ability to turn most, if not all, of the muscle car class into street/strip monsters would be a welcome change. Additional body modifications (particularly hoods) wouldn't hurt, either.

But with options for the handle bars, speedometer, fenders, liveries, and more. Leather and denim vests of various colors with the ability to use your crew logo on the back. Also, the bike races from the lost and the damned where you could use melee weapons while driving to club one another. That's an adversary mode I would play. Now, if we must have more Benny's....

Double RP events only to races and Double RP to having a buddy in your vehicle and also mechanic daily fee set to free.

The only thing interesting is the Sabre Lowrider.
