Damn, really wanted the two guns, clothes + Sabre... however, the Virgo seems nice & i'll try the Slamvan. The Dork... no comment.

I was looking forward to the weapons also. I love new weapons in any game which is why i suggest Rockstar to add a big weapon update with at-least 10 new guns. i appreciate all the updates Rockstar gives but it becomes boring when their updates lack variety

Nice! Just upgraded a Virgo a few days ago. Now time to bring it to Benny's! Donk looks cool. I'll assume its just going to be an upgrade in Benny's instead of having to buy a new one?

It's a different model (Virgo Classic, not Virgo) therefor you'll need to buy a new one.Shoot! I guess I'll sell the old Virgo then

People hating on the Donk are those that don't see the possibilities it unlocks.

Don't use it as a flashy car, take it offroad, through the swamp, try to do wheelies with it. Now I know this isn't gonna happen but I'm secretly wishing, in some twisted universe, that the Donk comes with hydraulics.

Well, it looks like I'm just gonna log in tomorrow, do my DO's and then play something else. I don't usually hate on updates, especially before they're released, but 3 already existing cars to Benny's is a pathetic update, assuming we don't get _anything_ else, and based on the Newswire post, I'm pretty sure we won't. None of the cars interest me in the slightest, so I'm not hyped at all. It's cool if you like them and can be happy about this update, but I'm really disappointed that this is all we're getting after a straight month of 2X Cash & RP. No, I wasn't expecting LC, or a Casino, or mansions, but I was hoping for at least some new clothes, a new car and a few weapons.

 

One thing I'm glad about though, is that after the missing cars are introduced at some point in the future, there probably won't be any more Lowriders etc. Because at this point they've been done to death already. They're fun for a couple days, at most a week and then everyone's back to driving whatever they were driving before the update.

What about Utility Vehicles? I thought the Slamvan was Muscle... so it's going to be in the Utility class now? Also, anyone notice the "smoke stack" style exhaust?

A most disappointing announcement. I'm usually pissed at having to work on update day, but tomorrow? Don't care!

 

I usually buy pretty much everything. If it sucks I sell it, but I'd be hard pushed even to buy the slamvan from this. I was hoping for the Slamvan 2 (Lost).

 

Nope - I'll wait until something worth having comes along & keep my millions!

 

If I didn't have to download this update, I wouldn't.

Nothing excites me at all , just a rather lazy update if you ask me , first dlc to disappoint me for GTA online so far I'll test the cars out when I get my PSN membership back but I'm not rushing to get it over this update. YouTube will suffice for it tomorrow to see what sort of stuff can be done

It is Muscle. They were just using that word as in, like, its an old farm truck type vehicle. Not Utility Class.

Yeah, I saw the exhaust pipe in the truck bed too. It should still be classed as a muscle car, probably just calling it a utility at the moment just for the newswire.

The Virgo Classic will be awesome. Much prefer the look of the IV one to the V one as it reminds me of the Esperanto from the 3D era.

Yeah, that's the thing, it's still an existing model. It wasn't made for the update, they just brought it back from IV which isn't a very big effort at all. I do prefer the old (IV) Virgo over the IGG one, but still, it's not something I'd own. A completely new car model would've made this update a lot better, but as it is, it's only 3 cars we've seen before with more generic customization, nothing new.

The thing im mostly looking forward to seeing is how many options we will get for each vehicle, with the sultan RS and banshee, there was a huge improvement on the choice of parts.

 

Also I hope you can "2 wheel" the Donk like when you fully raise the primo and full lock. You can hold that thing on 2 wheels for aaaages. Pretty fun.
