Franklin - Grass Roots Done but not!?

Hi,

 

Has anyone else suffered this issue, I am going for 100% completion but the game and Rockstar Social Club is claiming I have 4 Strangers and Freaks left to do two of them I can still do (The Final Frontier & Uncalculated risk) but I know that I have already done "Grass Roots" for Franklin but it doesn't seem to have registered in the game or the Rockstar Social Club. Also nothing is showing up on the map i.e. ? or a B.

 

Is this an unfixable glitch or could they pop up again?
