backsage
Ok, so here is what I did. I imported an original model via Kam's Max Scripts in 3DS Max 2017. The model is bballingtvgn1, 3452. When I imported it, it came out grey-ish. I did not mess with the textures. The only thing I messed with was the polygons, edges, and vertices. http://i.imgur.com/O69Cw1g.png And this is just the original model. I exported this as well. http://i.imgur.com/87Dxxvd.png I'm gonna show three pictures of the model. The first one will be the original, the second will be the one that I modded and exported from 3DS Max, and the third being the original I imported into 3DS Max and just exported back. I will need your opinion about the second and third one regarding why the color tone changes to slightly dark tone (and even playing around with the Materials in 3DS Max doesn't get it back to the original unmodded model). So tell me why do the second and third ones have a slightly darker tone than the original one (1st pic)? And again, even if I try to play around with the Materials in 3DS Max, the color will still be either slightly dark or just looking brighter, which looks awful. http://i.imgur.com/xEWcWMB.png http://i.imgur.com/DRSxd95.png http://i.imgur.com/Cn40A7l.png Edited June 26, 2016 by backsage
