I'd like to hear your opinions, and why. Right now I have Maze bank west and Derriere Lingerie. It's OK. But I want a large warehouse. I don't believe any are close to Maze bank west.

I have the most expensive office, Maze Bank Tower. I have 3 warehouses, two are the cheapest large ones (for regular Special Cargo so there's no wait) and the other is the cheapest medium one (for Special Items only).

I think it's just down to preference for the office. As for the warehouses, I'd say people go with bigger warehouses for the cheapest price.

I see. Is Maze bank tower really worth it ?

Although each office has a helipad, this one is at the highest point, and the office is right in the middle of Los Santos. I'd say it is if you can afford it.

I like the view from lombank. Approximately how much would I get for trading in Maze bank west, and do know if i'd get any extra money for upgrades ?

You get half the base-price: $500k. :/

Lombank + Derriere Lingerie.

OFFICE PROS:

  • Fantastic starting location for many, many mission destinations.
  • I've spent so much of my life flying up and down the map, that I'm actually enjoying the pure basic fact that most of my flights from this office are East/West across the map instead of North/South.
  • Maze Tower is a ridiculous investment. Working for a CEO there, I quickly grew tired of climbing to the height of the helipad and it can be just as annoying trying to land at the ground entrance (the Buzzard also likes to spawn right next to a fixed lamp post which is irritating). Arcadius had my interest initially, but all I could envisage was grief from snipers up on Maze Tower, and the other surrounding skyscrapers for that matter. Likewise, I might expect trouble at Maze Bank West from the Lombank direction. Lombank itself seemed just right - excellent views and likely not to have too much traffic.
  • When I'm in an empty lobby, my Buzzard always remains on the helipad every time I enter my office (probably applies to all offices).
  • However, when the Buzzard does disappear (usually in active lobbies) I can easily respawn it to the helipad by walking to the side of the roof's outbuilding and turning my back to the pad.
  • As my warehouse is so close, I can parachute pretty much all the way up to it.

OFFICE CONS:

  • As above, this may apply to all of the offices, but in busy lobbies my Buzzard likes to disappear from the helipad all the damn time.
  • The telescope is positioned terribly so that sadly the pier cannot be viewed through it.

WAREHOUSE PROS:

  • Super close to my office which means I can spawn a Buzzard after a delivery and be back at my desk within the first minute of the cool-down period (this isn't necessarily an advantage, but I like to use the time to do other things away from GTA).
  • Excellent ground access with multiple entry points into the alleyway.
  • Good Buzzard access - just enough space to hit the marker to deliver packages and then make an escape without ever touching down.
  • Probably just random and not related to this warehouse specifically, but I have completed three full sales and am yet to be raided. I have also collected three special items.

WAREHOUSE CONS:

  • Most people seem to prefer large warehouses; this one is obviously a medium.
  • While the Buzzard can get the job done very well, the alleyway is fairly crowded with obstacles so it does involve a little bit of care. I would imagine things being rather more precarious with any other aircraft.

The perfect response. Very thorough. Thanks

I have Maze Tower and Lombank (closest to the beach) for my 2nd character. I prefer Maze.

My favourite warehouse is the vinewood large warehouse north of maze

Reasons I like both, Maze is lit up like a xmas tree night and central, you don't have to give it a 2nd thought to see it at night and during the day.

I like the vine wood large warehouse just north of maze, it is next to a easily recognizable building that stands by itself, again don't have to think where it is, just shows up. Also it is lit up pink at night, so easy to see miles away.

I love the Maze Bank Tower because I can parachute to almost anywhere and when I order a pegasus vehicle I can parachute to The Landing Pad at the hospital very handy

Office: Arcadius or Maze Tower would be the best as they are central, I did own Maze West and the journey back to the office was always a bit longer than now using Arcadius. If you like the helipad entry, Maze Tower is probably a bit worse due to height. But this is a question of $$ for convenience.

Warehouse: Logistics Depot, Darnell Bros. or even Wholesale Furniture would be the best, again for being central and close to a central office. Vinewood is not bad either. I have Cypress, Logistics and Vinewood, but I have been doing runs to just Logistics and it is always the easiest deliveries of the three. Cypress is the worst.

Starting off, the best combo for actually making money would be Maze West + Wholesale Furniture. You do not need anything more than one large warehouse and a usable office. You will need to fill the warehouse 3x over to begin making money. And there is never a need to add more warehouse space.

If you already have Maze West and no large warehouse, consider Vinewood but weigh the $$ to convenience of travel times.

Maze bank tower is a pain in the nuts. If you leave at the main exit, your pv will spawn under the overpass on ground level. Sometimes you spawn on ground level as you exit the office. Of course your pv is on the higher level.

For 4 million, you should have access to the garage to store your pv. Maze bank tower is a money grab from R*.

The warehouses at LSA are totally worthless. Everytime I start a mission I get the takedown the merryweather helicopters. Of course they fly all the way to mount Chilliad. So you fly back and forth the entire map three times at worst.

You are the best off with the large warehouse at Vinewood.

The best ones are the cheapest, because this DLC is a scam.

It's new content. I for one, am tired of grinding VIP work and contact missions. I'm also tired of waiting for people to heist with me. It's definitely refreshing to do something different.

Well that's exactly my point. Those offices may be central to LS, but that's irrelevant when you consider that there are several mission destinations North of the city. I believe the western offices are better located, as far as jobs are concerned.

However, if you're talking about warehouse proximity, then the central LS offices are closest to most of the large warehouses. Though, apart from Darnell Bros, I would argue that the western offices are just as close to the Xero Gas Factory at LSIA.

Felon Forever

Lombank + large vinewood hills + large darnell brother's warehouse.

This is also my setup, along with the the Derriere Lingerie Backlot (medium) and the White Widow Garage (small)

I also have the Disused Factory Outlet (medium), but I can't recommend it. You can't land a Buzzard at the yellow vehicle marker there.

Terrible idea. You waste so much time flying (or, God forbid, driving) between your warehouse and your office when they're on opposite sides of the city; I made that mistake in the beginning, but thankfully only with a small warehouse. Only buy east side warehouses if you have Maze Tower or Arcadius.

I should say, it's a raw deal for associates.

I'll reserve my complaints for the money aspect of it, because I have no problem with the public lobbies. This new DLC is my go-to activity in an empty lobby at odd times of the night when I don't want to do anything else.

Arcadius and that medium Railyard warehouse. It takes like 30 seconds to drive from one to the other.
