WildBrick142 Posted June 26, 2016 Share Posted June 26, 2016 As most of you may know, the drum magazines added in last update (Further Adventures in Finance and Felony) are only available in GTA Online. You can't buy or get them without mods in Singleplayer. The thing is, I somehow managed to get them without mods. I was continuing my True 100% save, as of the latest Beast vs Sasquatch discovery I wanted to get back to it and finish the save. So I continued on, doing things I had left to do (all weapons, all properties, gold medals, The Last One, and golden peyotes). When I bought the Ten Cent Theater, a NPC got mad for standing next to him, so I did the usual - pull out a weapon to scare them. And that was when I noticed that the Assault Rifle I pulled out had a Drum Magazine. Checked other weapons and Michael also had the drum magazine on the Special Carbine. I went to Ammu-Nation and the Drum Magazine option wasn't there, so it looked like the weapon had no clips attached. inb4 "dat guy is h4x": This is a strictly "no cheats or mods" save. That means I can't save the game after using cheats, trainers, or modified files, otherwise there would be no point to the challenge. Affected weapons were bought and modified long before the update was even announced (last saved on 03/29/16). I'm wondering if anyone else had this happen to their weapons. I don't remember what attachments I had on before the update so I don't actually know how to recreate this. Not complaining here, would be nice to get all the drum mags in SP without cheating. Yes, they are functional, I can fire 100 rounds as intended and reloading animation is correct. The weapons that got a drum magazine are below. luke1991 Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 This happened to me too, shame as soon as I noticed them I changed them back to the standard extended mags. Not a fan of the drum ones.
