I don't think it is worth the risk. Not because of money, but yes 'cause of how much work it requires to fill up a large Warehouse...

 

Btw: sold 2 full-warehouse last night. 219 crates + 3 special itens. Got around 4.5m, and spent around 660k purchasing these (I did a mix between 2k loads and 8k loads). 4.2m on normal crates + 330k of 3 special itens. It is great IMHO, no need for more, neither more risk.

And yes, a guy was escorting me with a Buzzard, we were alone in session - why escort? Because there could be a chance of a mission with Titan, and then...you know.

I was also asking because rockstar intended to add high risk into the game with this update, and although there is a way to minimize it while solo by being in your own lobby, I was wondering who has the balls to try sale runs with everyone else lurking close by.

 

partially because I want to try it more myself soon and have a good understanding of it before I get there.

being in a solo lobby gets boring, I want to play the game more as they intended, but just know the workarounds and be more comfortable with defending my crates.

You can always pay for a Ghost Organization comes in very handy when delivering in public as long as you've got some bodyguards I wouldn't do it solo tho unless if it was the tug boat

I did get 250K for destroying someones 2.2mil tug boat the 1st week and he was pissed haha

I sold my first 111 crates in a full lobby with the aid of just one friend. We made it in our tug and got around 400.000 in bonus. Maybe even more - I can't remember the excact figure.

tug boat tips:

upgrade speed and armor

when its seasharks (jetskis) kill one and let the other one follow you, they spawn in twos so if you only ever kill off one seashark, you'll only have one to deal with.

keep adding snacks and armor if you need to.

get out and rocket launch buzzards

way off there mate, selling a large warehouse full in an almost full lobby nets you an extra 500k

 

yeah i was wondering about that, i sold a small warehouse ($240,000) and there was one other ceo in there and i got $2400...thats where I got the 1% per player from. the % obviously goes up when selling more at a time.

 

I only sell in full lobbies, I've had some people come at me but it's usually like flicking away a bug.

The one time I did have a bit of competition was actually fun and they still didn't come close and gave up aafter throwing about 3 sticky bombs on my brickade, lucky I had armor. But if anything goes to sh*t just close the game and you only lose like 3 crates, I wouldn't want to miss out on 500k.

 

But what do you do when you're given the tug? I know you're hard but I just don't think that would be enough to defend that thing.

I thought you get a 5% bonus for up to 9 Rival players in a lobby for a max at 45%. That comes out to $990K bonus if doing a full Large Warehouse. That's a nice chunk of change.

If i had 5 million in cash i would try to sell a full small warehouse maybe once.

yes I do all my CEO work in crowded sessions now (usually solo)

 

quite exciting.

 

and as long as you're not greedy you can do it in relative peace.

 

people have jumped me outside my warehouse, or tried to use a jet on me.

 

I just retire, go passive, and get my own jet. 9/10 times the jet pilots leave lol

 

just time your sales. read the room lol

I sold two full large warehouses in full lobbies and got over 2.7 million dollar for one. But not solo.
