Who are the ones fixing the glitches? Rockstar? Rockstar North?

I'd assume DLC updates are by Rockstar North.

I didn't think R* North had much to do with this title in particular. I thought it was mostly the New York and San Diego divisions.

The guy who replaced The Benz. Same guy who thinks GTA Online should be given crapversary modes every update, sometimes inbetween updates.

All Rockstar studios have input on the games they create. They all work on 1 game at the same time, and then move on to their next project after. Lead decisions and choices are down to Rockstar North, or which ever studio is on the label.

This has actually evolved so much, say The Benz and Semple, that now ‘production’ of each giant Rockstar game isn’t just done by one studio – but all of them working together.

“That’s the way we work now - everyone works on GTA, or Red Dead, and so on, then we move on to the next thing,” says The Benz.
