Are you talking about the 360? The digital version of GTA V on 360 is the worse version of the game. Those texture pop in is caused by the slow ass hard drive

Is it worse than or similar to the pop in on the psn version? Just curious as I never downloaded gta v on those systems as I bought the disc versions.

Digital only games have always had graphics pop in. It's how the current tech works. Sorry bud you gotta deal with it
