I saw some handling mods(cfg) on the internet and downloaded them, then put them into com.rockstargames.sa as said in the instruction, but didn't work.

 

How do i have to make them work?

You need to decompile the SA APK, modify the handling.cfg and recompile it. Then reinstall it aswell

Really? Last I checked all a mobile user had to do was place the file into the correct folder and the game would automatically use it - a user folder off of the folder where the saves are stored, so an option for iOS players as well. I think the Android folders might be slightly different now, but it should be hard to work out the convention.

That is true, but that doesn't work with some files which are inside the APK itself. In SA this is handling.cfg, ShopUVs.dat(?), mainV1.scm, scriptV1.img, fonts.dat and some resolution related ones.

 

In VC they also put weapons.dat and main.scm there, so in order to modify those you have to decompile the APK.
