I went broke for a few hours and couldn't pay him.

 

now i have money again and its been like a day and he still won't pickup.

Stay in the same freemode lobby for 48 minutes in real life (one in-game day). Have the money available.

You have to wait a full in-game day (48 minutes real time) for your payment to process through.

(Slightly off topic)

 

One of the reasons why i dont understand why stupid noobs think its a good idea to move their money to another character. You run out of money then you cant buy ammo or even pay your mechanic. Even though you would have the money. I have enough money that idc if i blow up your car. Id rather lose a little money here and there (and make it back easily if i want) than to always be broke.

i got a bit more then that. ;)

 

also since this forum only resembles a small fraction of the fan base and it probably contains the more dedicated players i general it seems logical to assume most people here are high rollers, since these days you only need some knowledge of the game and some free time and youre pretty much making millions if you want :)

 

edit: then again i see this OP making a lot of threads asking questions, (some that coud be solved by just searching the forum)so yea...guess that might indicate someone who still can learn a thing or 2 about the game.

 

more edit: please stop assuming things about me if you do not know for sure, it is the second time of the day you are sprouting nonsense about me,...whatever your issue is with me, i honestly do not really care and i personally think you are acting pretty silly like that.
