To make all peds one of a kind.... well I can think of two ways but I have no idea if they work. One, replace all ped models with the model you want. IDK if it works, it should. Second idea, edit some kind of spawning file, where all the models are written, where which should spawn, etc etc. I remember this was in GTA 4, it should be in GTA 5.
