I like San Andreas ( voted ) graphics, in the 3D era games. It has a very beautiful diverse environment.

GTA V in the HD series.

Pretty much this.

What's the difference between TLAD and TBOGD in terms of graphics? People keep making the distinction, but I thought they both work from the same set of EFLC shaders? Sure TB has the bar interiors, but that's not graphics per se...?

Anyway. Graphics is always of 2 kinds: the technical aspects like texture res and the mood/style aspect.

IV wins in the mood category (of course). V wins in the technical category, but doesn't have the soul. SA, while woefully primitive in comparison, looks more interesting.

I think V has the best graphics. It's newer so it should have more realistic graphics. The only thing I don't like about the graphics in V is the fire.

It can get worse. Go to a beach somwhere and see the fire where people hangs out, that fire is rendered in 30FPS.

Huh?

What you said doesn't make any sense.

The video you posted doesn't make any sense either, the video is not 60FPS.

You should see it yourself in the game and not in video's.

Misunderstood

It's true. Play 60fps on PC and you'll see sh*t like fire, flags blowing in the wind and other sh*t render at 30 fps while the rest of the game renders at 60.

V has the nicest looking graphics no doubt. IV was good and a major change, but the gloom look of the game is a MAJOR turn off for me.

For their time, San Andreas was a major step up from Vice City, so that would be my second-best vote in terms of what impressed me the most graphically.
